What an incredible experience that is matched by both the food, service and atmosphere. Definitely a special occasion venue but worth it.

I have never been so impressed with a restaurant before. The food was amazing, the service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was charming. The attention to detail was extremely impressive. I would definitely come back again!

What a wonderful experience, from our check in at the front desk/butcher shop with a very fun experienced butcher who took his time explaining the different cuts of meat offered on the menu them opening the “cooler” door too welcome us to a posh New York Cityesk dinning room! My husband and I went for our Anniversary and were very impressed. Our server Jason was polite and knowledgeable, he allowed us to take our time and enjoy the experience. Everything from our complementary glass of champagne to our decadent desserts it was sheer perfection. Thank you so much for making our Anniversary such a special one.

Dress code which we followed as we watch men walk in in shorts with sandals!!! The food was okay, lobster was like rubber well done way too much, order well done steak got a medium rare! Not worth the price we paid!!!

We loved our experience at Papis! From start to end it was memorable. We arrived and were greated by two gentlemen at the deli who shared all of the steak options. They made a great first impression. Then we were let in the freezer door (Very cool!) into the restaurant. Host welcomed us right away and was accommodating in letting us chose our table so we could see the sax player who we love! Server Jesse was great. Cassandra was training with John who did our table side ceasear salad. They were both great! We ordered the Chicken Balontine and the Seafood pasta which were both fantastic. They had a sax player who was amazing. He added alot to the atmosphere. Then the manager spoke with us at the end and he was very nice and interested in hearing about our experience. We had a nice chat. The decor is fantastic, art work and cool lit up bar. Definitely recommend checking it out. It is more expensive than other top restaurants in London but it aims to be, it is transparent about wanting to pay staff a good wage and tips. I respect that. Final touches was a top up of my Cosmo and amazing thin chocolate chip cookies to eat on thr way home. Amazing!!

Very tasty food. Service slow. very noisy/loud music very difficult to hear companion’ conversation.

It’s nice to finally have something locally that has a Toronto vibe. And a place worth dressing up for. Great food, great service and great ambiance! Wish there were more places like this.
