    Amazing venue, one of my top sushi places in Miami! Drinks are also very good (Pisco Sour being my top one). Crispy rice, Bao Buns and nice ceviches/tiraditos -- would totally come back!

    Paperfish Sushi is fusion of Asian and Peruvian flavors. The Ceviche Sampler was a highlight of the meal, offering a delightful array of fresh, tangy, and flavorful bites. The Wagyu was overcooked, resulting in a dry texture that detracted from the dish's potential. The cocktails were commendable, perfectly balanced and refreshing, complementing the meal nicely. Additionally, the service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff enhancing the dining experience. One notable issue was finding the restaurant. Whether due to ongoing construction or inadequate signage, the entrance was difficult to locate, which could be frustrating for first-time visitors.

    Good restaurant, the quality of the fish makes the sushi’s, nigiris… great. Staff is really nice and welcoming. The only complicated part is getting to the restaurant, it’s a bit complicated to locate.

    Paperfish has an amazing happy hour menu. Their spicy tuna is great. Their crispy rice is amazing. And the acevichado is fantastic. They also have a good lychee martini.
