We like to end our vacation at Panico’s - never disappoints. Manager and staff went out of their way during a very difficult situation. One member of our party had to go to urgent care for foot injury at last minute. They were so kind and we were now only 4 after reserving for 8. The other 4 called and said my niece was ok and wanted to join us, after more than 1 hour. So, even though our meals were about to be served, after appetizers, they gave us a bigger table and moved us and held off on serving our food until they arrived. Our dinners were amazing. I will always be so grateful to the manager and staff for really taking care of us in a difficult situation. We highly recommend- Thank You Panico’s. You helped us feel much better. Your kindness is so appreciated!

I have been to your restaurant many times over the years and you always seem to have a problem with timing of reservations I always have to wait at least 30 minutes with a reservation 10 minutes is acceptable but his time was even worse we had 6 ppl plus our 2 year old grandaughter with us and after waiting 35 minutes she was hungry and getting antsy they said it would be another 20 -30 minutes totalling an hour wait as our table had just ordered dessert . An hour wait with a reservation is unacceptable and as I said this is not the first time it is every time and after all this we had to sit in the downstairs basement which we did not want to but could not wait any longer although the food was great and the service was great I think we should have been comped something at least .

We were seated right away, it gets busier later. Our server was prompted and related all the specials then got our drink orders. We shared the clams lemon cello, delicious broth and the calamari. Both were good. Our entrées were very tasty: ravioli with crab and scallops in cream sauce, veal milanese, and the crispy salmon special. Timing of the dishes was good, we weren't waiting between but also didn't feel rushed. Donna was excellent and we enjoyed our meal. We shared the bourbon cake dessert which was okay, next time maybe the tiramisu will hit the spot better. Definitely will return.

Natalie, our server, was really wonderful. Could not ask for a better server or nicer person. Manager stopped by at the end of the meal too and was very gracious. Extremely impressed with the service. Food was very good too! Will definitely be back.
