Our mission is to uncover the hidden gems of Amazonia, South America, the Caribbean, and North America, showcasing these vibrant spirits and the stories they tell. Join us on a journey of exploration and discovery, where every sip tells a tale. Truly one of the most remarkable bars in Miami, with the goal of becoming one of the best bars in the world!

A true hidden gem. So many overhyped places in Miami, but this truly delivers a true mixology experience. Focusing on spirits from the Americas with a story behind each specialty cocktail. Highly recommend the Cacao ceremony and Remember the Maine. If you looking for a chill atmosphere for excellent drinks among conversation with friends, this is the place to go.

Panamericano is an excellent addition to Brickell. You will leave the noisy streets to a sophisticated bar, with catered service and, most importantly, amazing cocktails. It is a craft bar, so settle your expectations high with the thought process they add to each creation and the presentation dedicated to each drink. Kudos to who idealized this place!!

We were excited for a speakeasy vibe. Unfortunately, they still have some work to do to achieve this. It was dark in there. Small little tables that did not have any candles on it. So everyone was using the light on their cell phones, and we were constantly being blinded by other tables trying to read and very elaborate cocktail menu. Online they say that they serve tapas. The menu has five items. Two shellfish one salmon, one potato and one cheese item. They would do best to have a bit more variety. We actually had one drink and a glass of wine and two of the items on the menu. We ended up going out for dinner afterwards because we were still hungry. As for the music. There was nothing speakeasy about it. I think they would need to align themselves on the type of music that they want to play as it was all over the place. Did not bring out a cozy vibe like we were hoping for. It’s new and we will definitely go back in a couple of months to see if they’ve made any necessary changes. We wish some good luck and success.

A Hidden Gem in Brickell! We had a great night. The cocktails are next-level, each with its own story & ritual that makes the experience unforgettable. The staff is super friendly, and the vibe is perfect. If you’re in Miami, don’t miss this spot!

Had a wonderful experience Intimate cocktail bar playing great tunes. Awesome drinks on the menu. And the bartender, Keiara made a drink (not on the menu) based on the flavors I liked. It was amazing! Will definitely come back!

Outstanding place! Very knowledgeable and passionate bartenders producing outstanding drinks. Will absolutely be back. I really hope this place takes off! In an area full of mediocre bars, Panamericano stands head and shoulders above the rest, and is easily the best bar in Brickell.
