Had to ask twice for menus. Service was very slow. Had to find somebody to order food and drinks. Few starters were cold which we did eat as we had waited a while for them to arrive. Overall a very poor experience and would certainly not return or recommend

Booked for drinks . Received confirmation email back. Arrived to be met with very unenthusiastic welcome ‘we don’t usually book people in just for drinks’ . Bar was almost empty so I suggested the 7 of us sit at one of the empty tables. Couldn’t make out the grunt of a response. Waited ages to be have our orders taken. Even less enthusiasm . All ordered cocktails. Would have had more but clearly we weren’t important so moved on. Bar was still virtually empty!! Shame as venue lovely and drinks nice, even tho £12 a pop.

Honestly I have been to so many bottomless brunches and I have to say the service at Panam was amazing. The waiting on staff could not do enough for you, they kept us topped up without us even asking! They were amazing. The food was lovely and the music was fab! Will definitely be coming back & would highly recommend!

Lovely my only complaint was the food wasn't hot .. it was luke warm. Drinks great and staff Vanilla paige and amelia great service to our table .

HEN PARTY 29/06/24 We arrived at the Albert Dock and I phoned Panam to find out exactly where on the Dock they were situated, only to get an Irish lady who could not tell me this information. Eventually someone was able to advise. I didn’t want to be late as I’d already tried phoning and got the answer machine 3 times. Finally I let them know we would be there in five minutes. We arrived as a party of 11 (after having booked our table 24/05/2024 with confirmation on the same date),only to be shown to a table for 10. They wanted to set an extra setting at the end of the table which was not feasible, as this would have meant this person having to constantly get up and down should someone need to get past. I think they had us mixed up with another booking as they made reference to us only having booked a couple of days ago. The girl was not impressed when we pointed this out. She got the manager who came over and he too made reference to us only having booked a few days ago. He said he would get us another table but did not seem happy about it. (This was their error not ours). I asked about the 1.5hr timing and he advised it hadn’t started yet. He was agitated and kept pointing the girls to the other table to get it set, then moved us over. They took orders for our first drinks and our session began. Things started to improve. The manager tended to our table a fair bit. He took our food orders and quite a few of our drinks orders and was obviously making sure nothing else went wrong. The food was absolutely lovely. We couldn’t fault it. We all had different choices from the menu and everyone was very happy with their meal. One of our party is Gluten Free, and she absolutely enjoyed her chips with her steak. I tried a couple of the mock-tails which were quite sweet. At £39/head its value for money. We ended up having 2hrs (I guess by way of apology). **Watch for 10% service charge as it gets added onto your bill when it’s printed!! So it’s actually over £43 per head**

Advertised as a bottomless brunch with music, not your typical bottomless brunch experience if you’re looking for a lively party brunch. Took 20mims before we had to flag someone down for the next round of drinks, you only get an hour and a half so it’s quite a chunk of time.

We booked a bottomless Jukebox brunch at Panam for a 50th birthday. We were told where to sit, sat down and nobody spoke to us for the first 10 minutes. A lovely girl came and helped us out, as was quite quick at taking drink orders and coming back in quick succession. However, nobody explained to us, the rules, how to do the ‘jukebox’ or gave us a nice introduction and a welcome which would have been appreciated. We were sat upstairs so there wasn’t much of an atmosphere, and I almost expected a DJ to take request since it was a ‘jukebox’. Food was very nice big portions, but did have an issue with a vegetarian in the group receiving chicken in her curry. The manager, did help us out, but I feel she didn’t explain things or try to amend things, for example we had to ask for a reduced bill due to the chicken incident, but we felt it should have already been taken off as it was a problem on their part. Not good for diabetics as they only have Pepsi max which is sugar free and apparently we could have bought our own slimline tonic/ diet lemonade, but again, paying extra as they don’t stock those drinks, which was disappointing. Not the worst bottomless brunch, and an okay price, but not as good as others you can go to. Just want to say the lovely young girl who served us tried her best to make it a nice experience, but the team as a whole weren’t talking to each other, and other team members didn’t make it feel welcoming.

Food and service was of excellent quality, and the food menu reasonably priced , there was a limited desert menu but generous portions, What let down the experience was the cost of the drinks ,alcoholic and soft . I was charge £5.50 for a lime and lemonade, this was extortionate and raises the bill significantly. I would definitely eat here again maybe just order water 😂
