Au cours des dernières années, le territoire du comté de Montgomery entre Horsham et Blue Bell est devenu un lieu incontournable pour découvrir de nouveaux restaurants passionnants. Habib Troudi est le fondateur de l'un d'entre eux, le Panache Wood Fire Grill. Sculpté dans le bâtiment qui abritait L'Angolo Blue, un restaurant italien qui a fermé cette année, le Panache est basé sur un « concept simple », comme le dit Troudi, proposant aussi bien de fines pizzas à la napolitaine cuites au charbon de bois que des steaks, des fruits de mer et autres nouveautés de la cuisine américaine. Une fois terminé, l'établissement comprendra deux bars, dont l'un abritera le massif four de 4 tonnes et demi qui accueillera les pizzas et autres plats préparés dans des poêlons en fer forgé.

First time visit. Very busy lunch time. Tables were packed with people at tables on the one side of the restaurant which was odd rather than spacing everyone out. They were short staffed which made service interesting. The flies were terrible.

The ambiance at Panache is wonderful. The staff are all very friendly. Service was a little slow but we were not in a hurry. The food was just ok and we f ind it a little salty for our taste. We ordered the chicken marsala, veal francaise and seafood pasta, and they were all on the salty side. We love the restaurant though, the location and the ambiance but the food was just ok.

One of the worst dining experiences of our lives. We had a reservation but were told she would try to find a table. able was a huge booth in walkway that likely could seat 6 but there were only 2 of us. Other clean and set tables that were near us. Bread plates on table were filthy. But ended up not being given bread anyway. No waiter for 15 minutes, finally asked hostess for water. Drinks from bar were awful. We returned one with no desire for a substitution. Rigatoni was bland and tasteless, crab ravioli was like a shaker of salt. Waiter never told us his name. We saw him twice - to take order and to give us check after we had to flag him down for it. We never felt more unwelcome. One positive - the valet people were great, professional, and fun. But we don’t choose restaurants for the valet. We will never be back. And this is saying something because we are currently building a new home about a 1/4 mile away. We dine out almost every weekend and we are typically 30-50% tippers. We would have been regulars, but they made sure we will never be back.

First time trying this restaurant. Had a reservation and sat for 23 minutes with no service. Understand the restaurant seemed busy. Table that came in after us received water service and was discussing menu with server. Did not stay to eat. Left and had dinner at another restaurant. Very disappointed as I pass this restaurant every day on my way to work.

We enjoyed every bit of our visit to Panache. We enjoyed Philadelphia Funk music and ate delicious food. The outside patio is beautiful and the service is great.

From the time we walked in, we had such a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and the food was exceptional!

Panache is a great choice for fine food. The menu offers many options to choose from. I tried something new, the Veal Oscar, which was so good!!!
