Au cours des dernières années, le territoire du comté de Montgomery entre Horsham et Blue Bell est devenu un lieu incontournable pour découvrir de nouveaux restaurants passionnants. Habib Troudi est le fondateur de l'un d'entre eux, le Panache Wood Fire Grill. Sculpté dans le bâtiment qui abritait L'Angolo Blue, un restaurant italien qui a fermé cette année, le Panache est basé sur un « concept simple », comme le dit Troudi, proposant aussi bien de fines pizzas à la napolitaine cuites au charbon de bois que des steaks, des fruits de mer et autres nouveautés de la cuisine américaine. Une fois terminé, l'établissement comprendra deux bars, dont l'un abritera le massif four de 4 tonnes et demi qui accueillera les pizzas et autres plats préparés dans des poêlons en fer forgé.

Very very loud especially if you sit outside with live music. Not for anyone who is sensitive to loud music. You couldn’t hear or understand the singer unless you knew the words already.

This was my first time here, and I was disappointed from the moment we arrived and checked in our reservation. We made the reservation for 6 people about a month ago, and were really excited to get out with friends. When we arrived - they tried seating us outside, on a hot and humid night, blaming me, saying I indicated that I would be okay sitting outside when I booked it on OpenTable. I have been using this app for 20 years - and I know exactly how it works, and I NEVER sit outside when I make reservations. I was then told that they didn’t have any tables inside, and that we would have to wait 20 minutes or more for a table to open up. We sat at the bar, ordered apps and drinks while we waited. We watched as another table was set up behind us, enough to accommodate 6-8 people, and others were put there instead of us. About 30 minutes later, I circled back with a host - and we had to cash out at the bar and got seated at a table. It took about 15 more minutes to get an order in, and another 40 minutes for our food to come. One person ordered the special, and it wasn’t until 30 minutes after we put our order in was he told that they ran out. He ordered the ravioli dish, same as someone else in the group, and of course all our food arrived first, and then his came out 5 minutes later - he indicated that it tasted like his was reheated, and while it was a nice gesture to get all the food out together, the whole experience was sub par. We arrived for our reservation at 6:30, got seated at our table at 7:45, got our dinner at 8:45, and were begging for the check at 9:30. It was way too long of a service time, too long of a wait for subpar food, and no accommodation for the wait, mix up, anything - other than the friend who got the 5 min ravioli getting his meal for no charge. I will not be back here anytime soon.

My first time here and was delighted by my experience. Our server was really thoughtful in explaining the gluten free options for my dining partner. She was attentive without being intrusive. Our food was delicious. I will definitely be back

The clams casino was nothing but filling. The veal Oscar had Brussel sprout instead of asparagus and very little crab. One person in our party was in the bathroom all night. Very disappointed

The service was not what i’m accustomed to when I dine there. The service was extremely slow, I witnessed a party of 4 that came in after my party get attended to faster than we were attended to and they were served well before we were. My party and I arrived a few minutes before seven and we were not served until about 10 minutes till eight.
