Located in the heart of Sandyford Village in the historic Sandyford House Pub, Panacea is a brand new Art Deco inspired light filled room serving contemporary food from our Chef Kevin Gallagher

We are open for lunch on Thursdays and Friday, Brunch on weekends and Dinner from Thursday - Sunday.

We have ample free parking at the back of the pub and an extensive wine list for you to work through. With only twelve tables bookings are recommended but we of course accept walk ins

I was underwhelmed. Fresh seafood platter was mostly battered and mayonnaise. The foie gras was in a fancy curved bowl that the knife couldn’t reach into well. The brioche fell apart. Felt like premium pricing/position that fell down on the finer details. Noise was VERY loud. Server was quite pushy about closing us out. Would not go back.

Birthday Brunch for 6. Service & food excellent. Beautifully presented. Lovely touch to surprise the birthday boy with ice cream & a song! A wonderful addition to the Sandyford area

The food and service are top class in this new gem Panacea we have unearthed. It is exquisitely high standard. The conservatory-type dining room can be a little hot, with greenhouse effect but I would visit again.

Nice open bright space, can get a bit bright on sunny day, bring the shades! Food was on point, waiter staff were attentive, a little more expensive than other places for brunch but worth the trip, will be returning 👍

Food is excellent. Best Sunday Roast I've had out. Meat is always tasty and tender with nice selection of fresh and tasty veg too. Cater for toddlers and good value.

Had a really nice meal in Panacea. We visited on a Wednesday and were the only occupants of the restaurant area, but it's a lovely setting so it didn't bother us unduly. Staff were top-notch, and made it a very enjoyable dining experience, available when we needed something, giving us privacy when we didn't. Food was gorgeous. Very tasty and well presented. Seared tuna starter was fab, and the short-rib was mouth-wateringly tender. Pork chop was as good as I had hoped, but given a choice, I'd have had it a little pinker (which I recognize isn't usually to the Irish palate). All in all a great dining experience made better by a great team and delicious food.

Food was very good, although a little pricey. Service was great. Two Italian waiters who were very friendly and good with kids which helped! Overall I'd definitely recommend.
