Pamplemousse on the Bay is located within the recently remodeled Southgate Towers in South Beach.
We created with this unique waterfront location an upscale Fish, Seafood and Steakhouse restaurant like never seen before in South Beach with one of the kind beach design, open kitchen, and Mediterranean garden on the patio.

Emphasis of lights, textures, a selection of designer’s furniture have been the main focus of the entire project to give Pamplemousse on the Bay a unique personality.

Overall was good, besides the fire alarm that kept going off and destroyed the atmosphere. Will be back for happy hour and ladies night.

We had a wonderful time at Pamplemousse the two times we went there. Once for dinner, very nice service great food, and super ambience not too pompous very relaxed atmosphere and a sunset view to die for. another time for brunch this was the most delicious brunch I’ve ever had !!! The brulee toast was wonderful as well as the eggs Benedict ! Bottomless mimosas were excellent!

Location is rnice Menu is average and the only thing I really wants to try was out of stock(we were 1 of 4 parties that evening, I doubt they’d ran out of it). Miami Beach pricing. Service was half decent, one of our items was wrong. The service assistant did a better job than the waitress. Nice decor. Food was blend in flavor, out of temperature (cold was warm and hot was cold, steak overcooked), a bit generic nothing special,the dessert was their best item. I was impressed with the flavor of the mocktails, really close to the real thing. I would go back for the view and the mocktails

Dining at Pampelmouse was an absolute delight! The lychee martini was the perfect start to an incredible meal. The Bouillabaisse, with its fresh fish, shrimp, and scallops in a savory tomato saffron broth, was bursting with flavor. The Duck Confit with beluga lentils and parsnip purée was tender and delicious. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Cesar and Milos for keeping me entertained and being so attentive. Thank you to chef Ryan for helping with my dietary requests while creating exquisite flavor profiles. To top it all off, the stunning view of the city at sunset added a magical touch. Pampelmouse is a must-visit for anyone looking for exquisite food, outstanding service, and a breathtaking ambiance. Highly recommended!

This was my second time eating here. The first time was very good, this time not so much. Prices have gone up and food quality down. The music was so loud I could not have a conversation with others at my table. We did request the music to be turned down and it was toned down a bit. The mussels we had for the first course tasty slightly off . The ribeye looked nothing like ribeyes I generally get in a restaurant, vey thin and the first time it came it was well done instead of Medium rare. They did replace it and the second one was better. Service was ok…or server not very attentive. All and all not a good experience this time. It’s a beautiful restaurant with a beautiful outdoor dining area, unfortunately will not be returning.

Amazing dinner spot with awsome sunset! Just i was missing for better atmosphere the laterns ! No romantic light was on at the laterns.
