A high end dining experience without being stuffy. The service personnel were genuine, warm and welcoming. Solid menu with plenty of options.

Best steakhouse in metro Atlanta. Great service, great food. Must order the "Brick" steak when you go. (Big enough to split between 2 people)

Five of us had a beautiful evening from the moment we walked through the door. The hostesses knew it was a special occasion and offered to take photos of our party against the lovely Christmas tree. We were seated and from then on we were met with excellent service and hospitality. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and were presented with a surprise festive dessert. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere, warm and upscale. It’s definitely a special occasion place for us, but well worth every penny!

Amazing food and atmosphere. It is Christmas time and so it is lovely in there. Great staff. Stephen was one of the servers. Very Gracious. Another server with him. I will post his name when I look for my receipt. Great birthday cake, very huge. Love it. Good was great. Lamb rack amazing. lobster tail appetizer was delicious. Creamed spinach and mushrooms were amazing.

Ken & Gustavo were the most knowledgeable servers we have had the pleasure of meeting in years . The food was top shelf as the other reviews testified to but the added value of great service puts it over the top

We had a reservation for 7pm. We were taken to our table and left there with the menus on hand for a while before anyone even came to get our drink order. Drinks: My sister ordered a specialty smokie spicy margarita...The taste of the margarita was very good, and the drink was well balanced. I was taking medication, so I ordered a sparkling water; when the server came to refill my glass, he poured still water. Our main server---who had given me the glass---was nowhere to be found. Another waitress came back with a fresh glass an explained that I was given the wrong glass. Our main server only came to our table twice in a the 50-minute window from the time we ordered to the time it took for them to bring out the appetizers. The first time was about 15 minutes after my sister order the margarita to let her know the bar was backed-up. The second time was about 25 minutes later, and only because I gave a look telling her to come over, so that I could ask her for the status of our appetizers. Appetizers: The beef carpaccio was absolutely delicious. The empandas were good but nothing extraordinary...I would not order them again. The waitress did not come to check on us after appetizers were served. We also ordered a lobster bisque to go, and my sister said that it was very enjoyable. Main entry: Food arrived shortly after appetizers; we ordered the Brick (medium rare) and the lobster mac and cheese. The Brick was overcooked...again our main server was MIA, I called another waitress, and she got the manager for me, who was very nice and brought us another Brick (almost immediately) that was perfectly cooked. The mac and cheese was very good as well, although it did not have much lobster but it had shells. Overall, the food was very good, but saying that the service was below par, is an understatement and with all the fine-dining steak restaurants in the Alpharetta/Atlanta area with outstanding services, I'm not compelled to come back to Pampas.
