The service was awful. Only 4 tables were sat during the time we were there. It made no sense. However, the food was excellent.

Delicious food, excellent service. My filet was melt in my mouth perfection and the lobster bisque was the best I’ve had in years!

I came out to celebrate my birthday with 5 of my family and friends. When we got there the table was not ready I had a reservation for 8:15 I arrived at 8:17. Upon entry and seating for over 15-20 mins we were finally seated and assigned 2 waitresses. Initially ordering the drinks was fine after the drinks were delivered the service started to decline drastically. One of my guests who modified their order to exclude pork due to religious beliefs was brought pork to the table. I asked for the manager and he made a joke about me taking all of his mints, be reminded we are aggravated at this point due to no one coming to the table and you comment on me grabbing 6 mints. That was in poor fashion. Once the complaint was made 1 of the assigned waitresses only attended to us until the end and the other joined to bring out the cake. The muffins they give we were told they ran out for the night but I would supposed you'd put away some for you parties especially so they get a full 1st time experience. We all had never been to Pampas. The highlight of the night was the entrees all perfectly cooked and very delectable and overshadowed all the other hiccups. The manager never came back to see if things were better at the end but through the hour he eye hawked us as if we were wrong.

Once the rest of your group arrived, we were able to accommodate you immediately. To clarify, when the empanadas were delivered to your table, we were informed that one of your guests could not eat pork due to personal beliefs. We promptly replaced the ham and cheese empanada in response. We appreciate your feedback on the service and will address these issues with our team. Everything was great.The service is extraordinary. The wine list is impressive. Everything we order was delicious. We had a really nice night and will definitely come back. Gustavo and Joel are the best.

I was dressed in a button down collared shirt and jacket, along with a stylish flat cap - I was asked to remove the cap - seemed a bit strange considering that some guests were wearing hooded sweatshirts, some in shorts, and others in leisure wear - I’ve personally dined in this restaurant after playing golf in full golf attire including ball cap - rules are rules and of course I followed, but I do think that the dress code policy should be reviewed Service from Billy and Mac was excellent, as were the steaks and sides - all top notch and in alignment with my previous experiences However, the pork chop on the mixed grilled was overcooked, and the provolone appetizer was served cool despite being in a cast iron mini skillet - I did inform the server, who informed the manager, who acknowledged these x2 issues - I am hopeful that the kitchen is informed and takes measures to correct - I also acknowledge that the restaurant was quite busy with at least x2 private parties

We loved it. Just had to wait and remind bar for drinks. Appetizers never came. Very good food and nice staff.

Food was great, but the service was very slow and it almost seems like they were understaffed. It took a long time to get the server to comeback especially when it came to getting the check. We waited probably good 10-15 minutes for our check.
