First , the positives. Three out of four members of my party ordered steak. Each was dish was well prepared as were the sides. The hostess did a nice job of welcoming us and moving us to our table. The bus service was on point as well, more on this in a bit. The detractors. The food.. The fourth member of my party ordered the Chilean seabass; it was served on the cool side. We ordered a dozen raw oysters; I have never had oysters like these. There was absolutely no brine, tasted like fresh water ??. None were attached to the shells; some looked mangled. The service. We were seated at our table and were left unattended for a very long time. The maitre'd passed our table several times without checking in with us. When I finally got his attention and asked about our server, he had no idea who the server was for our table. While the maitre'd was attempting to figure that out our server arrived, introduced himself; explained he was a part of a team. Asked us about our preference for water then disappeared. That set the tone for the evening and unfortunately the service did not improve. At one point while clearing wine glasses from the table, the server broke one of the glasses on the back of one of my guests chairs. The glass went down the back of the chair and also on the floor. The busser was all over it and did all she could to clean the mess without being overly intrusive. Great job by her. While I understand that people have can have an off day and that restaurants are under tremendous pressure in terms of costs and labor shortages, at this this price point one does expect a higher level of service and a better overall experience. Fortunately there are many other competing establishments that we will explore.

I had the worst waiter and food. We ordered the steak medium but it came out well done. They brought me food again, but it came medium well. The service and food are really bad.

Rick snd Stephen provided great service and wine suggestion. Bonus that it was half-price bottle wine on Wednesdays. Lobster tail app was amazing, even for my non-seafood husband. Empanadas were a savory surprise. The bone-in cowgirl ribeye was perfect with a side. It was our wedding anniversary and they gave us a free wedge of cake too. We will be back to enjoy the live music.

it was nice just the food wasn't the best, like i didn't get the right temperature on my steak, I asked for med well and got rare. The brussel sprouts where very hard. The service was great.

Service was excellent by Rick and Joel. I absolutely loved the Lychee Gin cocktail. Fried lobster with chips and blue cheese was surprisingly fantastic. I thought it was a weird combination, but it did work. Foie Gras was very bitter and we sent it back. There was no issue with it being taken off the check. My cowgirl ribeye was perfectly cooked, medium rare it would probably feed three people. My husband had the mixed grill. Everything was cooked perfectly. The lamb chops were a stand out as well as the pork chop. Don’t dessert the chocolate volcano cake was the star.
