We celebrated our 25th Anniversary last night and can't say enough good things about the experience. The entire staff was very amicable and congratulatory on our special day. The food and service were all top notch and I look forward to dining with Pampas again in the future.

As always, when you want the best- it has to be Pampas! 22 years of perfect service, food and atmosphere. Stephen looked after us and made Jianhua’s birthday so special! Great to see Chef Louis and had the blessing of his magnificent ceviches!! Whatever it takes, make your plans and head to Pampas, one of the premiere steakhouses in America!!

We enjoyed everything from the time we stepped into the restaurant until we left. We started with cocktails, made to perfection, & the empanadas. For dinner my 2 daughters & I shared the 22 oz. cowgirl steak and my husband had the 8 oz filet, both were very flavorful & tender, & cooked to the medium rare we requested. The steaks are so delicious!! Pampas has more sides to choose from than I've ever seen in other steakhouses! They are all sharable enough for 4 , except the baked potato. We had the fried basil corn, fried potatoes with onions &bacon, and sauteed spinach with garlic. All were so good!! A bottle of cab was shed with the meal also! They have an extensive wine list, both by the glass & bottle. Now for dessert, so many choices, but we chose the Dessert Trio to share and it was delicious!! When you leave they have a dish of wrapped chocolate covered mints for you to savor on your drive home! Just an awesome restaurant to try; you won't be disappointed. FYI-- They send each guest home with one of their cinnamon muffins, haven't tried it yet , but I'm sure it's delicious too. Our server Geizi-Gustavo was exceptional & answered the many questions we asked. We will definitely be coming back & telling our friends about this restaurant!!

Pampas is a first-class restaurant with excellent food and service. Our filet and lamb choices were outstanding, as were the potatoes au gratin. They comped an excellent layer cake for our special occasion, which we appreciated. Pampas' decor is excellent--if I were to nit-pick anything it would be the overhead light at our booth was exposed beyond the shade so a bit glaring (some of the others didn't appear to have that problem.) Also, the restaurant can get noisy, but that seems increasingly to be the case these days as diners often shout across the table, even at first-class restaurants. Our server and her assistant were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive most of the time. Nice wine list, reasonably priced. We will go back.

Man, what a let down! I’m not sure what happened but this was a terrible experience for me. Food as always was amazing. Service? Not happening. I could go on.

Preface: I am reasonably level headed ands my expectations are what i would call average. I don't expect to be pampered like royalty when i dine out. That being said, this dining experience left a lot to be desired. I am probably being generous with this review. Everything started off great. The host was friendly and sat us promptly. The restaurant and vibe was nice. As far as dress code, everyone was dressed us to their stated standard. The trouble began when we met our server. She did not seem to want to be there. I don't require friendliness but she also failed to check on us or discuss the menu to any degree. In terms of customer service, they were not great with the exception of the person refilling drinks and clearing the table. He was a young kid who worked extremely hard. The food... was very hit or miss but mostly miss. The bread and spreads are the best things on the menu which is not exactly a good sign. The table as a whole ordered new york strip, salmon , creamed spinach and au gratin potatoes. The steak was cooked properly but had no flavor or seasoning at all. The sides were the same. It's very difficult to make creamed spinach without flavor but it happened. The salmon was severely undercooked. It literally looked like pink mush and was inedible. This is forgivable but the problem was that no one ever asked how the food was. We were seated right next to where the servers were stage yet our servers never checked in until maybe 20 to 30 minutes after we received our food. All in all, it was not a terrible outing but i would never return or recommend this place. It's simply too expensive for that level of service.

Outstanding service and food! A bit pricey but for the quality is totally worth it!! And we finally get some good empanadas in the whole Atlanta area. Excellent!!
