What a great experience with friends. The food so amazing and service was excellent. Will definitely be back.

We were out for my friends 40th birthday. The night started out fine, until our server forgot 2 of the 3 waters because we also ordered a bottle of wine. The one water that was brought to our table had floaties in it. We had to ask the manager who was pouring our wine to bring us more water. Then, when I went to get a plate for food, the plates were wet. The cheese buns were hard, the pasta salad was dry. We were only served half of what was on the menu for meat, and we were consistently served the last bits of meat, which were on the rare side. The pineapple only came once and was very underwhelming. Once our plates were cleared, we were given wet plates, again. And only when I started to get vocal, did the service level change. Our waters were empty for most of the meal, and we kept getting left behind. For spending $70 per person, this is not the experience we were wanting. Pampas used to be our go to for a nice evening out. We would frequent once a month, either as a couple or with a group of friends. Our last experience in January was similar. For what we pay, it would be expected that we have a better experience.

Tina is an amazing waitress. Always smiling and learns what we like. Is our third time there and it is like she’s known us for a long time. Definitely a friend there. Besides food is amazing! Tritip with pineapple and the Brazilian beer Xinga, best of the best. Can’t wait for our next time to be there again.

We had an amazing experience. Our waitress was knowledgable and was more like a friend than someone we’ve never met before. She made numerous recommendations about different items to try and we came away with some new favorites. We went near the end of the lunch hour bookings and would highly recommend as there are less people to compete with for food Meat comes out. We have been making a tradition to spend significant anniversaries at Pampas and so grateful for the service, food and staff there

My wife and I went there during their lunch schedule so it was not as busy as their evening crowd. The food was spectacular as their evening menu. Highly recommend lunch their lunch salad bar and meat!

Had a great dinner for two last night at the Pampa West location. This was my second time there and my date's first. I can't complain about any aspect of it. Every server we encountered walking around with the meats was friendly, "playful" and helpful. Our servers, Juan and Nicole, were both fantastic. Nicole is a blast! Everything I had was fantastic! But there was a parmesan crusted something-or-other, I can't remember what the meat was, but it was by far the best. I don't live in Edmonton but I get there now and then. I will definitely be back!
