    First time I visited Pampa Ellerslie with my family and it was awesome experience. Staffs were amazing and serving was great. We are 100% happy and want to visit there again.

    At $55.00 per person that's a bit pricey. Sure I got a bunch of 'meat' but the service was nothing to rave about nothing fantastic. Then we were a group of 6 so we get slapped with an automatic 18% gratuity on top of that for another $83.00. Sorry that was a $576.00 bill for 6 people. I can think of a lot of other places to visit and get way better service. Stuck at a table by the salad bar where everyone bumped into me sucked!

    Great food, friendly & helpful staff. But when we made Resos we had asked for a quieter spot - they sat us right at the entrance and refused to look for a different table.

    This was my very first visit there and I was very impressed with the food and the service the staff were very friendly and explained how everything goes the food was very tasty, I will definitely be going there again.

    There was only one small draw back on the whole experience. We started our dinner early at 17:00. When the meat was served in the beginning it always had a delicious crust and was hitting perfection on the inside. Later on, from roughly 17:30, when it started to fill up, one needed to be lucky to receive a cut with a nice crust, since often the crust was already cut off, before our table was reached. That was quite disappointing, since, in my opinion, a nice crust has to be paired with the nice and juicy inside. Had the meat been throughout the whole time been like in the start, it would be clear 5 stars all the way, and even the price tag on the higher end, would be acceptable. Like the overall experience was, I can't say the price tag was fair.

    BBQ meats are good, on the saltier side for my liking. salad bar is very poor however, everything looked tired and old, no decent selection at all. Dining room space is under decorated, floor looked bare and cold. Service is below average. Overall very poor value for price paid. May not consider a revisit.
