Palo Santo is a supper club style restaurant and rooftop; influenced by a modern Mexican cuisine and Georgia ingredients, prepared from a wood fire kitchen, located in the west side pumping area inside King Plow.

It’s importable to reserve to rooftop table which is what me and my friend flew down here to experience. It was full due to a private event overlap. They allow their friends to be added in randomly leaving those that were unable to book the rooftop table to wait more than an hour to get into the upstairs part just to even order a drink, drink it and leave. Not cool. Also, it was very crowded. We were packed up there like sardines. In the event that you do secure a rooftop table, you only have it for 1.5 hours and then you have to give it up or pay for bottle service. Bottle service starts at $1k

This is an interesting restaurant that is worthwhile for special occasions. My food choices were very good: roasted cauliflower with a Miso sauce, freshly grilled Branzino with a simple but deliciously fresh salad garnered with agave, and a wonderful panna cotta. You need to like it dark and enjoy an industrial setting (former warehouse?).

If you are looking for a place that focuses on ambience and presentation of the food/drinks with a nice smile then this is the restaurant for you. If you are looking for food that is properly seasoned with no stale chips, drinks that arrive within 10 mins and actually taste like the description then unfortunately you will need to look elsewhere. I was really looking forward to a wonderful experience and it was a flop with >$200 bill to boot.

Overall, I really enjoyed the ambiance. The cocktails were amazing and we all tried different ones. The only downfall was we felt a little rushed. Staff kept coming over trying to take our plates that still had quite a bit of food left, and they did this 4 or 5 times. Would try this place again but maybe just for the cocktails.

Second time here on Saturday. Came last year for our anniversary and it was incredible and had to come back with a friend from out of town. We absolutely love this place. The vibe is so amazing. Luke/Lucas?? He was so great. Very attentive without being on top of the table. My husband was running late due to the disaster at the airport and we felt so bad but he was so kind and let us take our time. He answered any questions we had and made recommendations. Food and drinks are always incredible! The roasted chicken was outstanding and I will always order the carne asada. Thank you guys for making it a great night. The rooftop is always a vibe after!! We will be back again soon!

Always excellent and unique. The decor is 10/10. Really loved the food and it reminded me of great meals I have had in Mexico City! I would highly recommend.

They said they could “not find” my reservation and I had the conversation email on open table and gave it to them. They then awkwardly stood t there and took 20 min to find another options. And sent us to the rooftop not letting us know it was a different menu and were rude.
