Welcome to Palmer Restaurant + Rooftop!

We are located at the Four Points by Sheraton in Penticton, just off Westminster Ave W.

Mackenzie Hospitality is excited to bring Palmer, our fourth location, to the beautiful Okanagan.

Our Rooftop, is currently open every day from 12pm - 9:30pm, boasting 180° lake and mountain views over town. The Rooftop has a separate dining experience from downstairs with a pizza forno oven, salads, and raw bar style appetizers.

Menu is deceiving online says all you can eat benny but apparently it’s only on Saturday. No one checked on us after food arrived. Service was extremely slow took over 30 mins for drinks to arrive and 40 for food. Completed unacceptable. Booked a reso of 10 asked to be put together called on thurs to confirm arrived and they had no idea about it. Booked in for rooftop was called an hour before reso that rooftop doesn’t open till 12 just unorganized

Thank you. This is our first stop from Vancouver. Food was great! Our server, I forgot the name not really good with it but she’s amazing! She gave a lot of wineries recommendations and thank you so much for giving us free dessert for our anniversary. Definitely would come back again. Cheers!

First time experience and I was impressed. Dined on a Wednesday evening and was surprised to learn the special was 2 for 1 Steak Night. The meal was delicious and so was dessert. I throughly recommend this place for an informal restaurant with upper class dining.

2nd try and sorry we won’t be back. Miserably disappointed again. Kitchen sent out the wrong steaks from what we ordered. Hubby and son ordered 2 x 12 oz New York/ striploin with blue cheese and out came 2 8oz Filet and I ordered 8 oz sirloin and was delivered a New York/striploin. Funny thing is I was a meat wrapper for a few years and started working in my parents butcher shop as a teen. I know the cuts of beef. This was disappointing once again.

The service was excellent and the food outstanding! Steaks were tender and cooked to perfection, the restaurant was very nice, and desserts were yummy <3

Our evening actually started upstairs on the deck. We accidentally made our deck reservation for downstairs but the young lady was very accommodating and got us a nice table for 2 by the rail. Our waitress came over fairly quickly and brought water in a jug but for some reason did not pour it for us. We ordered a drink and it took 17 minutes for her to bring it to us. I must add it was not full upstairs so probably no excuse. We then went downstairs and met the other half of our party. I am hoping the waiter was new because we sat down about 15 minutes after our other friends and were ignored for at least 8 minutes. He then took our order for drinks and then later took our dinner order which he did quite well. He did have some trouble finding the bottle of wine my wife ordered on the menu and seemed confused on which one she was ordering because he kept saying a different kind. Got the right bottle ordered and when he brought it to the table he basically dropped it on the table with a glass and walked away. Not offering my wife a chance to sample it to make sure it was okay. I proceeded to do this for her. The food was good. We felt the dessert was very small for the amount we were paying for it. Overall not the best experience but will probably be back at a later date to give it another try. Hope this helps you better other people’s experience.

All staff provided friendly service. My husband and I had the New York strip loin, one with Oscar fixings and the other blue cheese. Both were excellent! Would recommend these restaurant to others visiting Penticton.

Ordered coffee with cream and sugar but only got sugar. Waited 20 minutes to have our order taken and then an hour to get our cold food. Waitress was pleasant though.
