One of the best afternoon teas on the west side. Elevated offerings. If I could make one comment to the chef, it would be to serve the tea sandwiches open faced. The raspberry scone is a definite stand out. Very pleasant beachy feeling, yet still upscale.

Fabulous afternoon tea -excellent selection of finger sandwiches and sweets. Attentive, friendly service in a very pleasant atmosphere. It's pricey but worth it for a very special treat!

Probably my new favourite place to grab a bite and catch up with friends. The service was excellent, and didn’t seem to mind at all that we did some work and chatted which we had brunch. Honestly it was faultless. I will be back.

We had an excellent brunch experience. Food was above and beyond, as was the service. Ambiance was relaxing with upscale flare.

Loved the interiors, the vibe and our server. We had eaten there before and enjoyed our meal…last night was just ok. Ordered and shared three items—all three were beautiful…looking. The artichoke appetizer was impressive, but greasy and not very flavorful. The vodka pasta was like jarred tomato sauce with a few slices of garlic and fresh basil thrown in. Vodka pasta is a staple at many restaurants and one of my favorite things. I am not sure this chef has ever eaten it. Not tasty. And not Vodka sauce. Palma is like many things in LA. Form over function. If you want beautiful things to look at, this is your place. If you want a good meal. Skip it.

Food was excellent - nice variety of sandwiches and desserts. Loved the green matcha tea. Service fast, efficient and everyone very nice. The only room for improvement would be if you are charging more for the teas please let customers know in advance so they know to expect an extra charge on their bill.
