I had a great experience here. The staff were so lovely and caring. I had made this booking for my birthday and the sweet staff gave me a card and a birthday surprise treat at the end. It made my night. Well definitely recommend.

Really lovely restaurant in heart of Covent Garden. Lovely atmosphere and delicious food, including vegan options. Excellent value for money too.

Food was delicious at a good price from the pre-theatre menu. We had the French classics - onion soup, beef bourguignon, creme brulee - with a Croze Hermitage. (French Wine choices were too few). Seating was cafe intimate so we could converse despite the large crowd. On a busy weekend night, service (despite a constant flow of clients) was brisk, attentive but not pushy.

Very good food as always, great service and excellent wine. Noise level a little high to have a catch up with friends… but I’ll definitely be back.

Very easy to book in open table last minute. The staff were very attentive and even brought a hand signed birthday card and crème brûlée,

50% off food deal. Very good value. Wine was expensive. Service was good. They tried to load the service charge, but we reduced that and all was well.

The ambience of the restaurant is very good. We were greeted at the door and shown to our table. For me this was a disappointment The table for two was tiny and squahed between two others. It was difficult to get seated. There was then a long wait before we were asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered the onion soup which was very good, the sea bass and the rack of lamb. The waiter had not cleared our starters but the main course was coming out from the kitchen. This was taken back whilst the table was cleared but was then served luke warm and without one of the side dishes of potato so we had to share a very small portion. The drunken cherry pudding was lovely. The food itself was cooked well and tasted nice as did our bottle of wine. This restaurant is good but needs to sharpen up around the edges and perhaps put the comfort of the customer before profit and allow more space between tables.

Enjoyed dinner here - food and drinks were both wonderful; however, it took over an hour to get our food. They did comp our drinks and got our food out immediately after we asked about the delay, which we did appreciate. It’s a very lively space, so that made conversation a little challenging, but overall a good experience.
