Service was 10/10 Person managing our table asked the DJ to play Colombian music for us which made us feel very happy and in ambience. Food was amazing, taste, presentation was amazing. Definitely would recommend.

Outstanding service! The place itself is so picturesque and the service lives up to that standard too. Very nice workers and the atmosphere was great. The food was amazing too great value for the price. I will be coming here again

Palm H20 Coventry has a stylish, modern look that initially gives off great vibes. However, if you end up seated upstairs, like we did, the experience quickly becomes underwhelming. The atmosphere was dull, with no real energy or buzz, which is not what you expect from a shisha lounge. We asked to be moved downstairs where it seemed livelier, but were told they were fully booked—despite seeing available tables throughout our visit. On top of that, the service was painfully slow, and the waiters seemed confused, bringing wrong orders to various tables. The food was nothing special—mediocre at best. It’s disappointing because this place has potential to be great. Unfortunately, with this kind of experience, I’ll be sticking to Farmhouse or Maison de Fumee for a better time in the future.

Food was decent, ambience and vibes and interior was on point! Shisha was decent too. I wouldn’t recommend the pan puri it was not very tasty ate like one or two and told them to take it away. Mix grill was very nice albeit the lamb chops were ok a bit too chewy and hard to get off the bone but everything else was decent. The Parmesan chicken was very nice. Cocktails were great no complaints. The cookie dough was also very tasty. Parking was not so great no spaces when we arrived as it’s a small car park but plenty of paid parking available nearby on the streets and multi-storey about 5 minute walk away. Overall 7/10

overall a nice experience the Dj was like a cherry on top . the asthetics was dream like and our server was a gent the food was delightful .
