When arriving there was no parking could have been a bigger car parking. But you get this and I understand it’s a popular place. Didn’t take long letting the receptionist know my booking time and getting my seat. Loved the place very clean very fiendly. Food was out of this world. Only thing that let the place down was not having enough staff I order drinks while eating my food with my partner after waiting 25 mins for 2 mocktails. I had to then get up and ask someone where my drinks was while I’m eating my food. I spoke a nice lady she re ordered them. Then I still had to wait around 25 to 30 mins for my drinks. I decided to have a sheesha if that’s how you spell it. For experience purposes. I had the pomegranate one and there was no taste had to change to blueberry and we had the same problem it was not fixed after multiple attempts to get it to work and still had to pay for it. I decided to let it go as the staff were busy and just agreed to ignore the situation. After this I still didn’t receive my drinks for at least a good hour. We asked for the bill and we got bill before our drinks. On the the bill we realised didn’t have extra chips and mac and cheese that didn’t arrive with our food and we had explain we didn’t receive the items what was on the bill. Saying all this I know you don’t want to hear it. The food was unreal but service you need more staff for sure. Love the Willis family

Went here for my birthday and fair to say that I was extremely impressed by Palm H20. Amazing restaurant, staff were friendly and food arrived very quickly. There were a couple of issues, one of the starters (Mac & cheese bites) was lukewarm but staff were very efficient to sort it out. Also the portion size for one of the mains was smaller than expected (Nihari lamb shank) but again, staff were very quick to sort it out. The rest of the food was AMAZING! The dynamite shrimp, the sweet chilli prawns, the lamb chops, the ribeye steak, the angus burger, the bbq short ribs and the fish and chips were all 10/10 as were the mocktails! One thing to bear in mind is the parking isn’t great. The car park gets full quick so you will have to find a side road to park on. Would definitely recommend Palm to family and friends. The vibes were top tier and the aesthetics are beautiful. Amazing for content too! Will be back soon!

Awful Extremely disappointing especially on an important day for all couples. Food was terrible , ordered steaks and sides. When the food arrived it was cold as if they rushed to make it when we asked for them to be done medium well , we asked for it to be taken back and was promised it would be hot and fresh. Yet again , they was cold and just to add more to our dreadful experience our sides never returned along with the steaks that we had asked to be taken away. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or suggest you come to eat here. Unless your looking for a terrible Evening

I booked this restaurant cos of the reviews on their TikTok page but honestly their staffs are very rude. I drove near an hour plus to this restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. A couple of before my arrival I had a phone call from a female staff asking when am I arriving, I told her I was outside looking for a place to park. She said to me that I was running late so instead of 2 hrs for the table we booked, they will taking 30 mins off it . As I was trying to talk to her, a male staff took the phone n said if am not in the restaurant within 5 mins my booking will be cancelled n he was on top of voice. Before I could even say a word he hand up the call. I think their staff should trained to have respect for their customers n they also customer service training. I still spent nearly £400 regardless of how rude the staffs are, but I will not be returning again.

We really enjoyed,the food was top notch and the services were fantastic we liked it ,if we can give 10 stars we can do it 20 times.

The man that welcomed us in was very friendly, and super efficient, all of the waitresses and waiters that catered to our needs were very helpful. Food was very good also. Definitely coming back here!
