Oh my god it was our first time visiting Palm H20 it was our daughters 24th birthday and we were amazed it was lovely the restaurant is beautiful elegant , the food was delicious beautifully presented bit spicy but oooo it was good , my little boy was amazed at the dry ice my daughter enjoyed capturing it for her socials then evening was great . Then the dj started and the music topped it off

Stunning place and atmosphere, staff were very attentive and friendly, three out of four of us were meat eaters and the food was delicious but the food for the fourth was extremely limited and expensive for they had to choose, overall experience was amazing

The reason I came to Coventry was to visit the Palm by H20 and it was a surrreal experience (do check the pictures). From the moment we stepped in and were greeted, it was exceptional customer service from management to hospitality staff, they made sure our experience was of a high class standard, especially Chloe and Minan who made our experience that extra bit nicer. The food was delicious and hit the taste buds beautifully. From the mocktails which quench your thirst like an oasis, to main courses which were scrumptious to decadent and aesthetically pleasing desserts. Palm by H20 is that spot in Coventry, great for special dates, anniversaries and much more, if you haven't gone you need to visit, it's not just fine dining it's an experience.

The First Lady serving I couldn’t fault absolutely lovely she made sure we were sat down and recommended items on menu, menu is overpriced for what u get but I guess it is down south After our food the lady finished her shift so other workers took over, I had to ask four times for the sheesha to the point I asked a guy if the sheesha was coming today or tomorrow, when it came it was harsh and not great, so waste of money, never had problems previously with her but yesterday was not it, ordered my friend a birthday dessert, it didn’t come until I asked four times, also one lady came and asked the birthday person if they’re ready for their dessert, so much for a surprise, quite a let down yesterday I must say compared to other times

Me and my partner enjoyed ourselves very much, the food and smoke was top level. we came after many years and was worth it. The best thing was how the staff looked after us, all very friendly. Main thanks to Chloe and Shiraz of their hospitality, was spot on. Will definitely be coming more.

Nice food, atmosphere was great and the service was great also… kept checking to see if was ok and the shisha was nice 9/10
