This was my 1st time visiting Palm and I must say it's an improvement from the old sheesha lounge. The food was amazing and so was the sheesha. The staff were friendly and constantly coming over to check if we were OK. The whole vibe was just great, the only downside is It was a little expensive.

At first it was lovely food was good & atmosphere was good however toward the end of the night it was like eating in a nightclub & tables where about close together First time there me & my friend decided to try shisha for the first time, we took two puffs of it each & it’s hurt our chest so decided to have it taken away again as it just wasn’t for us & we got charged £25 for it. Which I thought was a disgrace as we hadn’t had it on the table for 10 mins Staff were lovely & tried to get shisha taken off our bill as we only just got it however manager said no. Place it’s lovely & very ‘insta ready’ & food was good just about hot for my taste however probably wouldn’t go back

In terms of the food and drink this place is absolutely spot on. I’ve visited several times and it always tastes good. It’s definitely on the pricey side (£80pp) The service from individual staff is brilliant but the attitude of management is just frankly disgusting. This is now the second time I’ve visited where they’ve sold us shisha after dinner and within 10 minutes asked us to leave because the table is booked by someone else. 2hrs is not long enough to offer a table who are dining and smoking shisha. The management only care about the ridiculous “influencers”, which says a lot when it’s the paying customers they’re turfing out. The house dj is fantastic, music gets a bit loud so conversations are a little difficult.

We came today as a group of 11 and Chloe was the person in charge of our table. Super kind and really professional. Everything tonight was perfect from the food to Chloe’s amazing service. Thank you . Our family we bought from Australia said it was the best place they have ever eaten at.

Excellent food and service. It was our first visit and definitely not the last one. We mainly went for sheesh, which was fun too.

Amazing service, food, shisha, atmosphere! Could not fault anything.. was our first time but will definitely be back for sure! 10/10 🤌🏻

The place and vibe was stunning, only the fact that i had to wait for 40 minutes for our orders to be taken and was charged for a birthday cake slice that never came

food and staff were amazing would highly recommend this place. only one thing i was not happy with the shisha it just tasted of coal could not taste the flavour at all asked the staff to fix it 3 times all that was done was fresh coal put on which didn’t make a difference.
