   I hope this reach the right audience and management. We had booked a table for 13 celebrating 4 birthdays on Saturday night for 8:30pm. We got there early just to find out our reservation was changed last minute from 8:30 to 8:45pm. Which is not a big deal but our table took longer and it was set up right in-front of the entrance not a good location for such a big group it was cold. Service was super slow took forever for our drinks to come half were missing. Food and appetizers were served so late that i was told they need to move our table or we have to leave our table just because they have to set up that location for dance floor. This was very messy very chaotic i think a lot of us just inhaled our food or left a lot of it in our plates. Every few seconds we were told we need to hurry up when we just got our food served. We wanted to order more drinks and desert for the girls celebrating birthday including myself but we were told to pay and move. We couldn’t talk to anyone about it and left after sometime. Persian Dj was playing that night we stayed for some music and left.

   I absolutely love this place! There's plenty of parking, and the staff is awesome and friendly, always checking in on us. The food is delicious—highly recommended!

   Hostess was great! The waiter told us he was bringing chips and salsa never brought them until I got my dinner and that’s because I asked for them. The food took a while to come out, the serving portion in my food was disappointing. The chicken was dry, the rice was salty honestly the vibe was great but the service and food needs improvement.

   Good was salty! Fajitas were mushy and all just thrown together like a big ol glob

   WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT! Had a reservation on Valentine’s Day and we didn’t get seated till a hour after our reservation time they clearly over booked not only was that a issue but after being seated we waited another hour before asking our sever how much longer for our food he went to go check on it 20 mins later came back and said that our order was given out to the “wrong table” this place has terrible service and it is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED DEFINITELY sticking to KALAVERAS next time.

   Palenque is a fun and vibrant date place my honey and I had dinner and drinks and was happy to hear great music a mix of edm, hip hop , and reggaeton

    It was in celebration of my birthday, our server was wonderful! He and the rest of the staff were on top of there duties. There were never dirty dishes on the table and our server made sure that we had a good meal and night! Will come again ☺️🤎
