I celebrated in an intimated setting. Everything was excellent. The ambience was immaculate. Our server Garvin was awesome. Service was quick. Meals were hot and delicious. The staff surprised me by singing 'Happy Birthday' to me. I was pleasantly surprised. To how surprised l was, l didn't get to video it . But it was great. I will be visiting soon.

First time dining and it was amazing Excellent service overall,big up our server Stacy 👏 and the rest of team,always making sure everyone was 👍 OK Will definitely come again

The service was exceptional. The staff were sooo pleasant and engaging they made you feel like you were the most important diners. Big up Richard! The food was a lot and it was tasty creative and filling. It was a bit windy outside but the vibe was great and ambience stunning.

I was pleasantly surprised as a local about the service. I was made to feel no less than everyone else dining. My waiter Daemil, was the point of contact and really confirmed the authenticity of the experience. He was knowledgeable, gave real and helpful suggestions and was just so pleasant to speak to. It definitely made the experience and the night a success. The manager spoke with us after just to get our feedback and ensure we were having a good time. He has a winning team most likely because of his leadership, I will most definitely be returning. Oh and the food was fantastic!!!! the plating was thoughtful.

This a nice place for a quiet evening meal with close friends or family. Staff is great and they actually do their work well. The food is good but costly. Setting is cozy. Will recommend

The customer service upon arrival was exceptional. The meal took about an hour to prepare however, when it was served I wasn"t disappointed. The bill wasn't bad at all, I would definitely recommend this place for any occasion.

Party of 6 we all enjoyed our dishes. Our server was exceptional. Tall slender guy wish I remembered his name.

It's probably the worst meal I've ever had in kingston. They claim that the steak is prime and feom the USA, but this is a flat-out lie; steak was beyond horrible. Service was also terrible. All in all, it was overpriced for a horrible meal/experience. Save your money and go elsewhere; kingston has so many other better options.

As stated in the assessment earlier, everything about the ROK and Pallets dining overall was great. My only issue is that the food is too little bit. The servings is not worth the value at all. The representatives overall were extraordinary.

I don’t remember his name exactly but I think it was Gavin. He served a table of five and he made it very entertaining for us. Great job Gavin JA needs more servers like you.
