Le Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar est un nouveau restaurant latino-américain coloré et ludique inspiré de l'Amérique centrale et du Sud, de Cuba ainsi que des Caraïbes. After being a frequent visitor to Paladar, our recent dinner experience was an utter disappointment and will be our last. To begin with, the server was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He asked to see our IDs, which struck us as odd for a restaurant, especially considering we are both well over 21. He then proceeded to comment on the expiration dates of our IDs, criticizing us for them being more than a year away from expiring. That was just the start. The service was extremely slow, with drinks and side orders taking far longer than expected. Our chips never even arrived, and we had to wait 15 minutes just to get the check after the server ignored me multiple times. We had to ask someone else to finally get our check. Despite the disappointing experience, we still left a tip for the server, though we felt it was undeserved When we spoke to the manager on our way out, he completely dismissed our concerns, showing no interest in addressing the situation. Instead, he insulted us, claiming that we shouldn't leave negative reviews about his staff. We tried multiple times to explain the situation, but we were left feeling completely disregarded, and our evening was ruined. Paladar has lost a loyal customer, and we will not be returning. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value respectful service and professionalism.

Hello Antony, I am the manager you spoke with on your way out. I did recognize you from previous visits. I was very concerned about your service problems and was happy to listen and find a resolution for you, until you started to make fun of the server. Specifically something about them they are not in control of. I never asked you to not leave any kind of review about our restaurant or the server, I only asked that you not make fun of them. This is where our conversation took a turn. It ended with you yelling, using quite a few profanities and making quite a scene at the host stand. Unfortunately, you are no longer welcome to dine with us at Paladar. Joe Dilio General Manager

The food was great, and the service was even better. The only issue was how loud it was; it was hard to hear, and I'm not sure what can be done about that.

Paladar is a great place for date night. Very high energy. Great food and drinks. We are regulars. The staff is great.

Amazing food and services. Went here for the first time to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it did not disappoint. We were talking about making this a tradition too. The Brazilian Seafood Stew in particular is my favorite. The spice level is very hot just how I like it and the amount of seafood in the stew is in abundance. Well worth my money.
