Really good dining experience in a really lovely restaurant. The staff were very friendly and professional and service was really slick at all times. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated and the table setup led to a very pleasant 60 minutes. Although the food was really excellent (haggis bon bons to die for !!) the chips were luke warm and took the edge of an otherwise perfect experience however I'll certainly be returning as places like this are hard to find in Inverness.

The service is excellent and the atmosphere too. I ordered the scampi, unfortunately it was very well done (not all of them) but some were very hard, the chips were also a bit of a mix with some not quite cooked enough and others a bit soft. I have eaten here before and will go back as the menu is very good and great value.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Palace Hotel last Thursday evening. Great menu with lots of choice and the service was excellent and very customer-focused.

Wrong food given to one of out guests who has an allergy. Thus happened twice with a bowl of chips.

Lovely staff, attractive bar and restaurant, very friendly. Drinks good, meal was just fine - caesar salad could have been a lot better though! Enjoyed the live music and ambience when we retuned after Eden Court show.

The palace brasserie is lovely sitting looking out at castle and river the ambience was excellent busy but not noisy. Service was 1st class and food very enjoyable would recommend.
