Doors were wide opened and allowing the heat into the dining area inside. Once we were served the service was not good. Food was delicious though

Our service was perfect! I was a little disappointed at the fried snapper. It was wonderfully large but dry! I know how to make it AND love it!!!! Everything else was very very good!!!!

Fish and tostones overcooked. Sandwich and churassco well made. Appetizers good except mariquitas was getting stale.

Although I like more the previous location in Plantation, this one is nice. Food and service was good .

Server was excellent. Brought the drinks and food fast and cleared the used plates promptly. The food was as excellent

Good drinks, my dinner i had the PALOMILLA steak, was well done what i requested, but had a very tough piece of meat, trouble cutting the steak, took a lot of chewing, swallowed big pieces of meat, and did not " melt in your mouth. This is the 2nd time that i had a tough piece of ,meat, The rice and beans were ok, but sweet plantains, were crispy, burnt on the ends, not good. My wife ordered the LECHON ASADO and she told me it was very dry !!

Last night, we visited Padrinos, a Cuban restaurant, and had an overall enjoyable experience with the food and drinks. The cuisine was delightful and met our expectations. After finishing our main course, we decided to move to the bar area to enjoy some cocktails and continue our evening.The bar had a large screen TV that was initially showing a soccer game, which caught the interest of one of our party members, who is Peruvian. She was particularly interested because the Peruvian national team was playing. However, after a few minutes, the channel was switched to an ice hockey game. This was acceptable to us as we were primarily there to enjoy each other's company rather than watch the game.During a break in the hockey game, we politely asked the staff if they could briefly switch back to the soccer game so we could check the score. The staff initially pretended not to know how to operate the TV, which was quite surprising. Eventually, they openly admitted that they were not going to switch back, even for a moment, because another guest had requested to watch ice hockey.We found this response to be very rude and disrespectful, especially considering that we had just spent over $200 on meals and were planning to stay at the bar for more drinks. It felt like our request and patronage were not valued. Despite the good food and drinks, this experience left us with a negative impression of the service. We hope that Padrinos can work on being more accommodating and respectful to all their guests in the future.Overall, while the cuisine is worth trying, be mindful of the service, which might affect your overall experience.
