Food lacked salt and flavor. Entrees and appetizers were generally bland for the price. Debated between Paddlefish and Boathouse, should’ve of spend the money for a better experience at Boathouse. Will not return to Paddlefish on our next Disney Springs trip. Ordered an Aperol Spritz and was given a Sprite. When we asked where was the Spritz, our server Matt said he misread his handwriting, so I told him to remove it from our check.

We were looking forward to dining here but unfortunately the food was not good. The grilled octopus tasted like vinegar and was hard and rubbery. The crab cake was heavy on the fillers and tasted fried. The entrees came out warm, not hot and tasted average at best. We have eaten at several restaurants in Disney Springs and would not return to this one.

The restaurant boasts a lovely ambiance, with warm lighting and tasteful decor that creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfectly complemented by its fantastic location. However, I found the food to be rather underwhelming, lacking in flavor and creativity. Additionally, the service was noticeably lacking; the establishment felt more like a bustling bar, clearly understaffed and stretched thin, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

Our family of 4 dined at the Paddlefish Grill and had a great time. The view of activities on the lake/river was second to none. The food and drinks which included sumptuous bowls of clam chowder, steak, pasta with large shrimp, and clams with linguine were all well prepared, well presented, and delicious. The service was also right on point, and the overall experience was much appreciated. I’d definitely like to return. Thank you.

Made reservations via open table app. We got stuffed into the most obscure corner with no sight lines to anything but the wall. Not impressed. Screaming children were seated with their families. Not relaxing with that amount of energy. For the price food was ok. Landry’s is a better option

We were seated very quickly when we arrived at the restaurant. They were not very busy that evening. We waited 20 minutes for a server to even walk by our table. We had to go to the front check in station and ask them for a waiter. They did resolve the situation and gave us a complimentary appetizer and desert. The manager then came over to our table several times during the meal to make sure that we were not having an issues. The food was good, but the service issue detracted from the dining experience.
