Very nice restaurant inside Innisbrook resort, greeted immediately with a friendly team. However, while we sat at the bar waiting for our reservation table, it took nearly 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us! After the bartender finally greeted us, she was pleasant and attentive. Once we got to our table, the service was very prompt and friendly, and as expected for a high end steakhouse.. The appetizers were very good, however not served as advertised. The king crab legs were ice cold however the shells were rubbery and impossible to handle to get the good stuff. The house rolls were to die for. The lobster bisque was too too salty and tasted very starchy. However the entree cowboy bone in rib eye was awful. Meat was so tough and dry it was not edible. I question whether it was a rib eye at all, and was sliced with no babbling whatsoever, like a very cheap sirloin or worse. At $99 for a rib eye, we’ve had better steak meals at Outback. Overall the table service was very friendly and we really wanted to enjoy our Valentines dinner, but sadly we will likely not return for the quality of food did not support the price. Value for $$$ is a solid fail.

Florida grouper was outstanding. The presentation of the food and the quantity was great. The dinner rolls were very tasty too. Service was very attentive and friendly. The noise level was higher than we would like but were seated next to a table of 7. Once they left it was much better. The drink, Southern Comfort Old Fashioned was delicious too. Great evening! Thank you.

The dinner was good. Loved the interior. Service was very good. Only thing that was surprising, ordering a martini that was mainly sweet vermouth. We were very happy with our dinner.

Excellent food and service We had the porterhouse for 2, was one of the best steaks we have had. Theresa our server was superb making for a personalized pleasurable experience

Great experience ! We went there to celebrate my best friend’s son, Luc, retrieving the epiphany cross when they came in town. The food was excellent. The wine was excellent and the company can’t wait to go back again. I’ve been many times to Packers and love it even more now that it’s been remodeled. ❤️❤️❤️
