I will never go back to this restaurant. The staff were not friendly nor welcoming when you first walk in; they showed us to our table and you were on your own. The bread bar is silly as it takes some time to toast and when we got back to our table, our food was there. It was rushed and we didn’t get to order drinks with dinner. The place was over half empty so I don’t understand. The food was nothing I would write home about.

Server ignored us, and took a long time to get back to us. Steak was dry. Pasta was good though.

My family ordered three dishes: Lasagna Tradizionale, Spaghetti of Bologna, and Truffle and Mushroom Pizza. Unfortunately, both pasta dishes tasted like Chef Boyardee, and the pizza was very thin. We did not enjoy the food. Additionally, although there were several wait staff present, they were all gathered around the bar area, chatting and not paying attention to the customers. We will not be returning.

Food was lukewarm. Food served was not the same as described on the menu. Server needs more training. Nice decor. Paid too much for the quality of food.

Pacini is one of my favourite Italian restaurant in Mississauga, they have a very pleasant ambiance, good food and fast services. They have a great selection of wine and a variety of alcoholic drinks if you want to stay and enjoy a Friday or Saturday night with friends. Highly recommended and must try their serve yourself bread bar where you can add your favourite flavour and toast a variety of bread on an open grill. 5 star experience with great Italian food.

Pacini was an amazing dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the bread bar was such a unique and delightful touch. We loved the cozy Christmas ambiance—it truly made the evening special. Our server was incredibly sweet and took the time to explain the menu options for us as vegetarians, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic meal and wonderful service. Highly recommend!

Great experience at Pacini. Really nice atmosphere and the bread bar was unique and delicious along with the rest of our orders. I would suggest to any of my friends as I will also be back again.
