Pacini's menu is a succession of dishes, each one as appetizing as another, including some truly unique and exclusive foods. With no artificial trans fats, they are naturally exceptional. There are pasta dishes for every taste, always cooked al dente, pizzas cooked according to a specific Pacini process that prevent the emergence of artificial trans fats, tender and delicious grills, and extraordinary desserts. Was very good food waited a bit for drinks our server was busy seemed lots of wait staff but the bartender Samir was busy and making drinks and waiting tables didn’t make much sense but it worked…will be again again 😊

The restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived at 4:45pm on Sunday, but was much busier when we left at 6:30. Curious that the server kept putting groups of people around us instead of giving each group some space in the largely empty restaurant. The food was tasty but not hot - I would have sent it back but did not want to offend the cooks. While we were a group of eight, there were 3 kids with us, so we really felt it was unfair to charge the mandatory j18% gratuity.

Prompt arrival at our table after being seated. Our server very polite; my mother in law genuinely appreciated his patience and attention. Bread bar was simple but rendered our focaccia bread heavenly with a light toasting…lotsa garlic butter! All 3 dishes served piping hot; all parties very satisfied with portions and taste. A truly enjoyable experience; we intend to return soon!

I ordered the Ravioli Salsa Rosa. The ravioli stuck together & the food was cold. The cheese was not a good quality. My guest had the Steak sandwich & enjoyed it. The service was great.

It was surprisingly good.. There were five of us, and everyone had good things to say about their meal. The bread bar was a fun experience as well. Our server (also banquet manager) comped my niece’s birthday mocktail which was very kind. Overall very good!

Food was good with the eggs Benedict poached very well - both soft and hot ( many places you get one or the other) The birthday discount is great. I paid approx 50% for my food ! Some tips for the general management of the restaurant - train the staff on where to sit people. The room was quite empty yet we were put right next to another party and seating was a squeeze. - our bill was incorrect twice. I mentioned it the first time but then gave up and just paid with less tip to offset. Take time to check the bill - if staff aren’t busy clear tables that were used by people who have left. This makes the room look better. Overall this place is close to being one of the best family breakfast options in Calgary.

Food and the bread bar were excellent. Our server Angela was friendly and was always around when we needed her.

We dined here for my father's 93rd birthday anticipating a 93% discount on his meal per Pacini's policy. Zak, our server, was celebrating his birthday on the same day... so to up the celebration a notch, my Dad's (93-year-old-sized) meal was complimentary. Everyone loved their food, appetizers were great (try the house-made mozzarella/bocconcini). The grill-your-own-bread feature was fun. This is located in a hotel, so it has the feel of a hotel restaurant, but it was quite busy for a Monday evening and I recommend you try Pacini's South Calgary at least once to have a fun evening.
