Food was good with the eggs Benedict poached very well - both soft and hot ( many places you get one or the other) The birthday discount is great. I paid approx 50% for my food ! Some tips for the general management of the restaurant - train the staff on where to sit people. The room was quite empty yet we were put right next to another party and seating was a squeeze. - our bill was incorrect twice. I mentioned it the first time but then gave up and just paid with less tip to offset. Take time to check the bill - if staff aren’t busy clear tables that were used by people who have left. This makes the room look better. Overall this place is close to being one of the best family breakfast options in Calgary.

Food and the bread bar were excellent. Our server Angela was friendly and was always around when we needed her.

We dined here for my father's 93rd birthday anticipating a 93% discount on his meal per Pacini's policy. Zak, our server, was celebrating his birthday on the same day... so to up the celebration a notch, my Dad's (93-year-old-sized) meal was complimentary. Everyone loved their food, appetizers were great (try the house-made mozzarella/bocconcini). The grill-your-own-bread feature was fun. This is located in a hotel, so it has the feel of a hotel restaurant, but it was quite busy for a Monday evening and I recommend you try Pacini's South Calgary at least once to have a fun evening.

Seated to the left area. More quiet. Servers were prompt. We asked to have the AC turned down and they obliged. Menu had many options. Food was served hot and portions were large. A very pleasant dinner out with our good friends. I did notice a sign on leaving that for birthdays you get your age off as a percentage. We were there for a birthday but were not told of this so we missed out.

I would say this is average, nothing spectacular. We wanted a booth, but was given an excuse, even though no one sat there all night. The worst part was the service. Was fairly attentive at first then fell right off. Had to ask to have the table cleared. It was not that busy, no excuse.

Good venue if you have you kids because kids under 12 eat free. The unlimited bread/ Toast is good because your kids can start on that as soon as you arrive if they are hungry. Only minor item was not being able to have coffee. Seems you either order when you first arrive or your cups taken away and the chance is gone

Overall a good experience. This is a "Family" restaurant. Tons of families and kids. Not a good choice if you are looking for a quiet romantic dinner.

We arrived with a reservation and got seated rather promptly. However they didn’t provide menus or ask us for a drink for 15-20 min. We were tempted to leave. The place got noisier as it filled and most likely won’t return.
