    The restaurant was quiet since we were off peak hours but the food was good and the service was pleasant.

    The server that was assigned to us had way too many tables when other servers were around doing nothing and just cracking jokes and being loud

    I have been to Pacini several times however this will be the last. The table was set for six although we had four people so we had extra clutter on the table that we didn't need. The floor around and under our table was FILTHY. There was bread, spaghetti and napkins that no one thought to clean up after the previous guests. We had extra chairs tucked into the side of our table (to get them out of the way). The server was friendly but not very efficient. We had to ask to order drinks and refills. The food was horrible, it was cold which was unacceptable after 75 minutes at the table, especially when we ordered two pizzas and two pastas. The bread bar was out of mostly everything, which happens but why do you not have staff monitoring this? There was nothing pleasant about this meal, will not be back.

    The hostess at the front was very rude. She came to our table and said she told us we she said we could only be there for an hour and a half. She never said that. We were still waiting for our bill and desert. The only reason we were there so long was the slow service. She was very rude in rushing us out.

    We had a great dinner and they took care of us well. Enjoyable evening!

    The food was well prepared but came out at different times because the pizza was late, work to plan the preparation so that all the food comes ready at the same time. I like the location and appreciate that there are gluten free options. I think the price charged is in line and the portions are significant. The bread bar is fun. My biggest criticism is that we waited over 20 minutes to get the check. This seems like a ploy to get us to purchase deserts. I really dislike this tactic and am going to think twice about coming back. I have eaten here about 10 meals. If you want a fast check, sit at the bar.
