Pacific Standard Prime is a modern steakhouse with a California vibe serving seasonal and sustainable food.

We searched the planet to bring you all-natural and ethically raised beef. The menu by Executive Chef Christine Brown evolves seasonally, so there's always a new dish to discover for dinner or Sunday brunch.

We're passionate about bringing you high-quality ingredients, many sourced from natural, organic, and sustainable ranches and farms.

Pair your choices with a hand-crafted cocktail or a sustainably produced boutique wine from a variety of small, family-owned vintners, carefully curated by owner Kevin Leach and sommelier Peggy Dean.

This same philosophy informs our whiskey list, which includes over 400 selections of whiskeys, bourbons, and ryes.

The food was basically good but not great for the prices charged…love the restaurant and their focus. Will be back as they are working on improving a few things.

Just a great place. You can tell the proprietor (Kevin) loves and spares no expense to make it happen. All the main course and appetizers are TOP and you'll eventually try it all. Their wines are sensational, and the uber qualified sommelier (Peggy) is very expressive about the nuances of each and every bottle. The staff is professional and engaging. Have Fun.

Server Stephanie promptly got us started and then anticipated every need as our holiday dinner together progressed. The food was presented elegantly and was prepared perfectly. The dining room is comfortably appointed. We had an early reservation so we watched people being sat carefully around the room to give plenty of space to all groups. We enjoyed an easy and private conversation. The owner checked with us on our way out after dinner. We were pleased to give an excellent report. This was our fourth time visiting the restaurant. We will happily return again soon.
