"Pacha Nikkei will introduce the unique flavors, philosophy and techniques of Nikkei cuisine to Houston. In doing so, it pays tribute to a successful integration of cultures that goes back 124 years in Peru, and that has significantly contributed to the gastronomic wealth of the country. Pacha in the Quechua language of Peru means “world” and Nikkei is a Japanese word, widely used in Peru to refer to Japanese-Peruvian people. The encounter between these rich cultures has given rise to a delicious culinary expression that we would like to share with the world."

Always fantastic Peruvian food. The anticuchos in particular are excellent.

Pacha gave us an EXCELLENT experience!!! From the service to the ambiance to the absolutely delicious meal, everything was top notch. The Peruvian and Japanese dishes had depths of flavor and uniqueness almost unrivaled at this price point. Masa, the owner/chef and his wife both took time to visit our table and give background to the restaurants beginnings and throwback to Masa's familial trek from Japan to Peru one hundred years ago. Everything was simply excellent!!! Go have a meal at Pacha Nikkei!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

The food is always 5 star! The flavors are impeccable and definitely worth it. Each time I’ve gone I love the drinks and the food. I took my wife for our anniversary and they recognized our celebration with deliciously smooth Tequila shots and Candle lit desserts. The owners made us feel very special and appreciated. Will definitely be returning!

Everything was absolutely perfect...I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, food, ambience, service and all. Keep up the good work... I will definitely go back on my next trip to Houston.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times before. This is the first time it has disappointed me. I have the.Saltado lomo. The meat was tough and overcooked. The ceviche was its regular good. I don’t think I will return.

This was our first time at Pacha Nikkei and we really enjoyed the overall experience. Our favorite dishes are the PEI oysters with lèche de tigre, the mahi mahi ceviche, foie gras with an amazing sauce on the side with consisted of passionfruit, and the maki rolls were so good and definitely unique with the flavor profiles! Everything was delicious and I will definitely be returning to try out more dishes.

Customer service was truly a top priority for them and it shows! Jose was amazing. He was very kind and helpful. Food was delicious. Compliments to the chef. Loved the seafood black rice!

Genuinely enjoyed Pacha Nikkei. It was truly a wonderful fusion of Japanese and Peruvian food. I also had the lomo saltado which was a delightful savory dish.
