We started off with a Margherita pizza which was delicious. The menu offered a nice variety of pasta and meat dishes. Additionally, there were a number of great fish specials, which 3 in our party ordered. The portions were generous and everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was excellent.

Loud , especially downstairs but better on the second floor. Portions are HUGE, in fact, way too big. I worry that they won’t be able to make enough money to stay in business with such enormous portions!! I loved my dinner & would be very sad if they closed !!

We love Pacci’s we have it once a week whether it’s take out or going in person. So grateful for this neighborhood gem with authentic Italian food.

My friends and I went to Pacci's last night. We first sat outside and told our waiter that 2 of us are vegetarians. Due to the humidity, we moved inside after 10 minutes. We were assigned another waiter who was to serve us and we ordered exactly what we had ordered the last time we were there. When we got our food, we started eating and realized it has sausages in it. We called upon our server and asked them to rectify it but instead, we were told to order something else. We were also told that they would bill the dish with the meat since we had started eating it! They neither offered us a refund, nor a replacement of the dish without the meat. We were so shocked and disappointed by the lack of empathy that we didn't even finish the rest of the food. We took it in a to go box and left the restaurant. My friend doesn't eat meat due to religious reasons and the whole experience was very disturbing for all of us.

First time at Pacci’s was excellent. Staff was so helpful and friendly! Ordered two specials that didn’t disappoint.

we sat at the bar and the bartender made our night especially wonderful! He was fantastic!!

I have been wanting to dine at Pacci's for two years. I was able to eat there last week and was not only not disappointed, I was impressed. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious and the ambiance was delightful. I had the day's salmon special and took some home to enjoy the next day. I had the chocolate cake for desert and the server brought out a glass of milk to complement the delicious dessert. I highly recommend Pacci's for small or large groups...or to anyone dining alone.
