Oz Kafe is in the ByWard Market, Clarendon Courtyards, in Ottawa, Ontario. Situated in a beautiful stone and mortar historical building our restaurant provides the perfect ambiance. Our menu is European-inspired, locally sourced, and veg forward.

We are open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Accepting reservations for À La Carte dinner reservations as well as group and special event bookings. For more details on larger bookings and events please call or email through our website.

    The food was divine, the atmosphere was very nice. Our server was excellent too. I highly recommend starting with their charcuterie. We will definitely go back!

    Beautiful find! We had never been at Oz Cafe and decided to try it out for my sister's birthday. Everyone's dish was wonderful! The Baffin Island Cod was magnificent as was the Cornish Hen and the roasted cabbage stuffed with lentils. They make the best ice cream and sorbet ever! Cozy atmosphere and great staff. Worth discovering Chef Kristine Hartling!!!!

    It was actually an amazing experience! Super romantic and cute. Food is delicious and good pricing. Charcuteries and cheese were half price on Sunday and totally worth it! Would go again!

    Oz cafe was amazing. There was no disappointments. We had the Cornish’s hen and the beef tenderloin, both were delicious. The atmosphere was quaint and romantic. We would definitely be coming back. It was a nice surprise to come across this wonderful restaurant.

    The cheese and charcuterie plate is excellent, especially on sunday when all of the choices for them are 50% off. The steak seemed too small for the price, but the taste is still excellent.

    Place was a delight to be at. Food was great. Service wonderful. They ran out of the only seafood dish just prior to us ordering. That was disappointing. What we had was delicious however so good recovery. Dessert - ran out of one of options, and no coffee/espresso (machine broken). Unfortunate.
