Oxbow is excited to welcome you to tuck into our seasonally changing menu curated around elevated comfort food with a French twist. Our Lobby Bar featuring the original wood burning fireplace and Dining Room are open year-round, with a seasonal Patio facing the river. Open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday, Happy Hour Wednesday to Sunday from 3-6 and Sunday Afternoon Tea.

At Oxbow, we want you to indulge in the art of good food. We choose to play with our menu, bending traditional cuisine and featuring a rotating chefs tasting menu with the option to enhance your experience with pairings curated to compliment each course. Join us for a pre theatre cocktail, a glass of wine with bites for the table or an elevated meal with creative courses for every palate. So stay for a little, stay for a while.

I recently visited Oxbow for a celebratory dinner, and it exceeded all expectations! The food was impeccably prepared, with every dish showcasing both creativity and exceptional flavor. The service was just as impressive—attentive without being intrusive, making us feel truly cared for throughout the evening. What stood out the most was the thoughtful gesture from the staff. Knowing it was my friend’s birthday, they went above and beyond by creating a personalized birthday card, adding a heartfelt touch to an already wonderful evening. The combination of exquisite cuisine, top-notch service, and the warm hospitality made this a dining experience to remember. I highly recommend Oxbow for any special occasion or a refined night out.

Great place for a quiet dinner. They held a great table for us in front of the fireplace. The staff was very attentive. A really nice atmosphere. The food was very, very good as well. The selection was a bit limited for my wife but overall it was a wonderful experience

The food was truly exceptional and unique, with an incredible explosion of flavors in every bite. The staff were also exceptionally kind, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

Everything was perfect. The atmosphere was nice, chill, cozy and very comfortable. The food was amazing, service was very good. Thank you all the Chef for the birthday surprise, it was phenomenal.

We were guests at the Hotel Arts Kensington and decided to try the restaurant in the hotel for a Sunday might dinner. The food was okay but the service was not good. Server did not know anything about the oysters or the mignonette served with it. Servers were not attentive and when they did get a request they were very slow in responding. Brought desert menus when we asked, but never came back to take an order. Coffee served after the meal was cold. When I told the waiter, he did not offer to make another coffee. He just shrugged. Not a good experience. We will not come back.

Oxbow wasn't busy on a Friday night. Which is too bad because the food and service were excellent. Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the Oxbow cheese bun as an appetizer and then the halibut, which was amazing. My guest thoroughly enjoyed the 3 course Chef's Choice. The portions were not lacking. We both had the suggested wine pairings with each course. My guest is hard of hearing and the dining room was quiet enough that it did not interfere with my guest hearing me. The service was A+. The Oxbow has a very gifted chef who made us one of the best meals we've ever had. The staff members were attentive and informative.

Everything was a little different than anywhere else- and the "twists" on traditional all worked beautifully. We sat where I could watch the food being cooked, and everyone in the kitchen looked like they were enjoying themselves. The servers smiled constantly and seemed genuinely interested in making our visit great. Best meal I've had in years. The service and food were perfect.
