Even with a reservation, the hostess seemed confused to see us. While there were only six or seven tables seated for 11:30 brunch service, the good-sized staff appeared to be overwhelmed and unprepared… as if it were their first time waiting tables. The rooftop location was very nice, with a great view. A live jazz trio set the stage for a pleasurable Sunday. The menu boasted an array of meticulously designed brunch dishes, but what emerged from the kitchen was quite ‘underwhelming’. It stated with coffee served with spoiled milk delivered in a coffee cup because they couldn’t find the ‘pitcher thingies’. This was followed by a Bloody Mary that lacked tomato juice and vodka.. picture a tall glass with a hazy pink hue and some olives floating in it. Our $18 order of pancakes showed up with no toppings; eventually we were able to trackdown the blueberry compote and mascarpone cheese that was supposedly the defining aspect of this signature entree.?? Again, the staff seemed confused. We are pretty easygoing when it comes to eating out, but the nearly $90 price tag for this meal for two left us wonder why Marriott would put their Westin hotel brand at risk with this type of operation under their roof?? We’ve had great dining experiences at other Westin properties, so this was a bit disappointing (and comical if not for the price tag).

I have been to this location twice. Each time the staff at the entrance stood talking before greeting. The second time I had reservations but everyone acted like there were no tables available. Totally unacceptable

I booked a reservation for my birthday weekend from seeing many videos on social media of how nice this place was, and what was even better was the fact that it was close to home. While being seated, she brought us to a table with only 2 chairs when it was a party of 3. Unfortunately, I did not stay because there wasn’t many food options and we also wanted to be seated outside but the hostess proceeds to tell me they were “ over capacity” and that the people sitting outside already made that their preference to sit outside when they made the reservation. I stated that I did not know there was an option for outdoor seating when reserving a table then she tells me that’s because you can’t….? I’m sorry but thatd not making any sense. Overall the place is nice but i don’t think I’ll be back.

Last night we celebrated our friend birthday with a close group of friends. The rooftop is a true gem. The ambiance is fantastic, the decor is stylish, and the views are breathtaking. It's a shame, however, that the food doesn't live up to the rest of the experience. While we understand that you're catering to guests who may not have many other options, we believe that relying on this alone could be a mistake in the long run. The current menu lacks variety and, frankly, the quality of the food doesn't match the elegance of the setting. Our recent experiences with the Patacones, Tostada, Barramundi and Lomo Salteado (which is way far from Peruvian Style) were particularly disappointing, falling far short of expectations. We truly hope you'll consider revamping the menu and prioritize the culinary experience. With a few adjustments, your rooftop could become one of the best dining destinations in the area. I have a recommendations booklet for select portfolio of clients and as passionate as we are trying different restaurants, organizing events and recommending to the community, would be thrilled to return once those changes are made.

Hola! El lugar es bonito y agradable, la comida necesita mejorar, el ceviche no tenía sabor, pero los patacones y la yuca estaban riquísimos, la atención 8, como que se olvidaba a la mesera que estábamos ahí pero fue muy atenta!!

Food was great and ambience is perfect. You guys really need to work on your pre-reservation instructions for the rooftop and the hostess should also be clear in their direction on where and how you select your rooftop seat. It’s a lot of drama for a pleasure experience. People are confused when they come. You make a bar reservation but could be sat outdoors if requested. They usher you to the bar but then have to come back to be seated outdoor if your party is not there. There are certain requirements for the indoor lounge space. People are just walking up taking seats cuz they are confused. The hostess is chasing people down to redirect them. It’s a bit of a daycare up there, but beautiful atmosphere.

Our party was greeted by 3 hostesses. One of them was extremely unfriendly, which set the wrong vibe. The restaurant/rooftop are both beautiful but unfortunately the food was so disappointing. The chips plantains were stale, as well as the chips served with the ceviche. The hotdogs were nothing special and the desserts were served without silverware. Neither one of them were good! We won’t be returning!
