    You’re just paying for the experience and the ambience . Food choices were minimal and unappealing. The little bites were got were cold and salty. Steak was not worth it. Drinks are basic but the charge an arm and a leg . We ordered our entrees at 10 and didn’t get them till 10:50pm.. waitress was inattentive and always missing , If you’re going for drinks and good vibes at the bar and scenery, definitely recommend. If you’re coming because you’re hungry , don’t recommend.

    Our server was excellent. The food was not. The hostesses were not very hospitable. When I arrived they told me I could go find where my party was seated. In most restaurants they walk you to the table… the hostess said she couldn’t tell me where my party was because she didn’t know where they sat. From that moment on I adjusted my expectations for the night. My drink was good, not amazing. My food was just ok, the broccolini was a bit hard and they didn’t cut the pieces of the stalk. And they also didn’t give me a proper knife to cut it myself. 🙃 The barramundi was just ok, and the mashed plantain tasted like nothing. I could’ve made this meal. It’s a nice looking place but they are not executing where it matters.

    Chris at the bar was one of the best hospitality representatives we’ve ever meet. Warm smile. Excellent customer service and great personality. My clients and I have been there a few times before but yesterday was truly a remarkable experience. Everyone at Overstory please keep up the good work. If I had to fix anything I would strongly recommend the young lady at the reservation counter to please be empathic when informing future customers the restaurant is full. Learn to be creative and inviting. Make people want to come back regardless if they could get a seat or not.

    The service was bad. I was ignored until I had to flag her down after 20 minutes of being there and her passing me multiple times. She definitely paid more attention to the group of men than me. (And she had to run them down to pay their bill 🫢) I had the pacatones and it was disgusting. Only two of the ingredients listed was on the plate and there was an addition of pumpkin seeds for some reason. The drinks were good. Go for the drinks and view of I-85 I guess.

    This place was perfect for my cousins and I who meet once a month. The ambience was perfect, drinks were delicious and food was filling and tasty. We will definitely be returning.

    New rooftop in gwinnett was exactly what we needed ! This hotel over all is simply gorgeous! Drinks and service are amazing. I have food 4 starts only because then menu is very short with little options. I’m hoping the more established they get the more options they may bring. But overall food was very tasteful !! Will definitely return!

    The service was very bad. The food was mediocre for the cost. Only part I really liked was the ambience.
