Went there for a brunch for mom’s birthday. Had a service personnel spill the jam on one of our jackets and scarf. The manager did take of some items off of our check. The waitress apologized for the spill of jam at the end (it’s wasn’t her) but it didn’t boost the mood. The wait for the food was quite long for what seemed to be not an extremely busy time. There were only 4 more tables beside us. The items on the menu for brunch were very skimpy and basic for the price. Short ribs hash we ordered was tasteless and almost room temperature and looked like somebody chewed it before serving. Not much to choose for someone who’s gluten free, though when reservations were made, we wrote a note about it. The açaí bowl came after everyone ate though it was ordered right in the beginning. I don’t think we’ll be going back!

Great ambiance and the food menu could be updated but overall great experience! Just think LIVE music would be an added plus!!

My overall experience was great upon walking in. The restaurant was beautiful, the ambiance was amazing! The hostess was great, but unfortunately that was overshadowed by my interaction with my waitress Christina. After being served Christina thought it would be a great idea to give me a lesson on what salt and pepper was as well as how to use them. To say that was insulting would be an understatement. Her check in’s were more of an are you done yet than how’s everything going. My meal felt very rushed. She also forgot that it was a birthday being celebrated, we waited at least 20 minutes after she shoved the device to pay down my throat. I would definitely dine there again but never with her as a waitress. What was supposed to be a celebration was everything but due to her extremely unprofessional service.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. We were seated at a designated table prepared for us. Ten mins later, we were asked to get up and move to another table because the next party needed a ten seat table. Granted, our party of 7 were sitting at an 8 seat table. I suggested the party should go to the vacant table with 8 seats; the same as the one I was seated at. Add two chairs for them. Not ask me to move. They were very rude, I was totally embarrassed, being that it was my birthday celebration. The ambient was beautiful and should have been a more pleasant experience. Unfortunately, it was not 😌

This hotel bar knows when the concerts next door are but they can’t seem to sort out the service issues. Great hotel though.

If you’re looking for a spot purely for aesthetics, this is a great option. The setup, decor, and views are all great. However that’s about the only good thing. Service was not bad, I went on a Tuesday with a group of 5 and our server was attentive for what we needed. The food is extremely over priced for portion size and taste. It tastes fine, but it’s nothing to write home about it. Standard hotel bar/restaurant food. Drinks are also nothing special. Small cocktail list and nothing to rave over. I thought the cocktails were a bit overpriced considering it’s Duluth. You’d think with those prices you were in midtown atl or something. Like hello, we’re only in Duluth, please act your zip code! Cool for a group outing I guess and to get some cute pics but if you’re looking for tasty food and nice, strong drinks, I’d skip this place. Also, there’s no music AT ALL. Not sure if it was because it was a Tuesday or what but rooftop bar with no music at all is not the vibe.

The hostess told us to wait 5-10mins to be seated outside after we checked for our reservation. We waited at the bar for a bit longer and when I checked back in, she totally forgot about us and had a little attitude. I will return because of how beautiful the rooftop bar is and the drinks were good as well.

I came here to celebrate my birthday and I loved the ambiance as you as you get off the elevator the place looks amazing. My server was a little slow with service and constantly disappeared for a long time. She seemed busy and overwhelmed and I wished they did a little more for the birthday person but all in all I loved it and highly recommend.
