Local Clearwater family owned restaurant. We prepare homemade meals from classic American comfort food to European favorites. We have a large beer selection with 24 drafts and over 100 different bottle and can selections along with over 80 bourbons and a full bar. We offer a private dining area that is available for your next event! Outside dining is also available. Lastly, we have a full Belgian chocolate shop directly attached to the restaurant.

We decided to try a new place for Valentines day dinner and I happened to cross this place on OpenTable. It’s not too far from where I live and the menu was intriguing. I am a sucker for pretzels and beer cheese dip. Let me warn you that it’s a little hard to find in the parking lot gets very full and took us a few moments to find parking. I’m not sure if that’s related to Valentine’s Day or if it’s always like that. We arrived on time and we were seated immediately for our reservation. The tables are a little close together, but nothing to make you uneasy. The menu is awesome. My girlfriend and I honestly had problems trying to decide what we wanted to order for appetizer and for our entrées. There were many items that sounded delicious. We started with the Bavarian pretzel and beer, cheese dip . I’m going to say I was a little disappointed with this dip because it tasted like it was made from a roux, which is to be expected, but you could still taste the flour in the sauce with the consistency. But the pretzel was warm and huge, and it also comes with spicy brown mustard, which was very good also. I went with a barbecue bourbon, chicken sandwich. It could’ve used a little bit more of the barbecue sauce, but the chicken was tender, juicy and very good sized. My girlfriend went with the spicy chicken sandwich and she enjoyed it very much. Also, it was large enough that she was unable to finish it. And her chicken breast was also very tasty and very well cooked. They have an excellent beer selection and even more impressive, bourbon and whiskey selection, which I did not partake of this time but I will go next time for sure There is a cute little Belgian chocolate store attached to the place, so we stroll over there after dinner and picked up a few pieces of chocolate, which I have not tried yet . I would definitely try this place again and look forward to trying many different items on the menu.

My visit to Outpost 611 was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The restaurant’s modern yet cozy ambiance immediately set a welcoming tone, while the attentive, friendly staff ensured that every need was met. Food was good. Musical entertainment was very good. Outpost 611 is a good value.

First time trying this taphouse for a pre-concert dinner and drinks. We opened with a bean soup that was flavorful, topped with sour cream and cheese. My guest tried the sweet and crunchy salad with grilled chicken. It was loaded with apples, feta, grapes and candied pecans with a maple balsamic on the side. I had "The Pacino", a flavorful Italian twist of a Cuban sandwich. It was clean and tight, pressed to perfection. I coupled it with a rich and flavorful mac and cheese and draft Dunkel that kept me smiling the rest of the evening. No dessert but stopped in the chocolate shop on our way out and tried the mushroom shaped dark chocolate nugget. Yum! I definitely recommend this hidden gem.

Always a great dining experience. I rated noise level a little higher as it was Trivia night and the restaurant was packed for that reason. We didn’t participate but enjoyed hearing the fun all were having.
