We are a contemporary, casual dining steakhouse restaurant beloved worldwide. Currently with 6 restaurants in NSW and 2 in Queensland. We pride ourselves on serving up variety; our unbeatable steak cuts are complemented by delicious choices of chicken, ribs, seafood, and pasta at a price for everyone.
Our strategy? We’re the leader of the pack by emphasizing consistently high quality delicious food delivering a warm, welcoming environment.

Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. is based in Tampa, FL, founded in 1988 by those who love hospitality, sharing, quality, being courageous and having fun. We’re a company of restaurants that owns and operates Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and Outback Steakhouse International. Outback Steakhouse Australia is a Sydney owned and based franchise entity of Outback Steakhouse International operating since 2001 after opening our very first restaurant in Parklea, Sydney.

    Actually horrendous. There were 4 of us. 2 drinks were brought to us incorrectly. One was the wrong beer and one was an alcoholic cocktail after I ordered a non alcoholic cocktail (I’m pregnant). Thank Christ I realised something wasn’t right before I drank it. When it was correctly, it was OJ and lemonade that they charged my $15 for. The service was awful. The waiter let out the biggest sigh when delivering our food, we thought he was trying to be funny but he was dead serious. This place is run by school kids with zero people skills. The food was cheap steaks and sides with premium prices. Absolutely not worth it.

    Our experience with Outback Steak house has always been great. We drive an hour least 1-2 times a year just for dinner here. We are kind of new but have been attending i believe 3 or more years in a row around this time of the year. Almost a new tradition of ours. Its been great. I look forward to keep attending. The staff are very friendly, great personalities and very prompt with service. An absolute delight. The food was quick and delicious. I think we all rolled out of there unable to eat anymore.     Very poor. We waited for 15mins to be seated. And then another hour for our food. During the whole time we were only waited on once. Several other customers stormed out experiencing the same.

    Steak burnt on outside, med to rare inside Sent back as ordered well done Came back overcooked burnt and dry, no sauce as ordered and no toppings on potato Sent back again, came back with no sauce still Gave up So disappointing as we are regulars there, terrible meal and service Be quite awhile until we get back there!

    As previous regulars of the Pacific Fair location, we were deeply disappointed with our experience today. From the moment we were seated, the service was appalling. After waiting 15 mins with no assistance, I had to get up to find someone to take our order. The staff member, Ibrahim, showed no interest in serving us, was rude, and didn’t smile once. We had to ask for complimentary bread, which took over 30 minutes to arrive—despite following up twice and kept being told it was still in the oven, as my mother, a diabetic, was feeling unwell. It eventually came after our starters were already served. We requested colouring pencils and pages for our two children but were met with annoyance. Ibrahim claimed the printer was uncooperative, never updated us, and I had to find another staff member, who reluctantly handed me a single page to be shared between my kids. Throughout the meal, no one checked on our table of eight. I had to repeatedly get up to request drink refills and assistance, despite the restaurant being quiet with staff standing around. The final frustration came when paying. The girl at the desk was rude and dismissive about the VIP card, rolling her eyes and raising her voice when I asked why it was still on the app if no longer accepted. When I asked for a manager, she made it clear she was annoyed by my request and rolled her eyes in full view when telling Taylor I had requested to speak to her. We spent over $400 for what was meant to be a relaxing family dinner for our son’s second birthday and left feeling appalled. I would have received better service at Maccas. The only positive was Byron, a server who was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. Byron should be training others to show them what exceptional customer service actually is, he wasn’t even our server. This location urgently needs better management and improved customer service standards to match what we’ve come to expect from Outback over the past 15 years.

    The service and food was excellent and our server Ibrahim was very attentive and helpful. The Manger also came round to check on us and when we told her we were missing a side she got us three to fix the problem. I have no hesitation on giving the 5 star rating, we were treated like Kings and Queens throughout our dining experience.

    Regulars at this venue, about once a month. Food is always good and staff are friendly but last visit it appeared that there weren’t staff or there was a disconnect between back of house and front of house. Dessert turned up melted, had to reorder drinks twice, 20 minutes to pay. Wasn’t overly busy.

    Not the best experience for a group dinner. We were constantly chasing the staff for drinks and to take our food order . Delivery of drinks was ridiculously slow. Surely if you know you're going to be busy get more staff !
