Chefs Nick Diaz and Kiefer Manning have been hard at work renovating the historic Chicago & Great Western Railroad Depot into a cozy and inviting restaurant for you to enjoy. Our Paladar offers a locally sourced, seasonal dinner menu most evenings. You can look forward to handmade breads and pastas along with small and main plates. Patio seating is available when the season allows. The team at Our Paladar cannot wait to welcome you!

Fabulous in every way! Service was excellent, pastas were delicious, wine menu was nice! We are in town for Mayo, and will definitely return on our next visit to Rochester!

A hidden gem in Rochester Minnesota. Housed in an old railroad station house. It has a great ambience. The food was excellent and flavorful with a slightly Cuban flavor. The server could not have been more friendly or helpful. it is one of the best restaurants I have eaten in in several years. I hope it is a ongoing success.

Fantastic food and service. Came to Rochester for to see some friends and was our first time to the restaurant. Flavors were great, presentation was wonderful. Our server was helpful and attentive and made it a special evening! We can’t wait to come back!

We had a mixed experience here. It's a cute place with an interesting menu. We ate outside and wished they had a bigger awning as there's a while where the sun hits you and it gets warm. The music was a little loud for our taste. We loved our food - croquettas, risotto with short ribs, and linguine with white clam sauce. Truly delicious! But the evening was marred by poor service. He just didn't know to acknowledge tables promptly I think - it wasn't just us. Chatted for almost 10 minutes with another table and then walked right past us. If you take my drink order promptly I might get a second glass of wine. Never asked how our food was. Came to drop off the dessert menu and we said we wanted the check. Waited as he chatted with other tables (not just taking orders, chatting), then he walked by without looking at the credit card I'd put out. And they add 3% "kitchen fee". Prices are plenty high already. As good as the food was I don't know if I'll be back.

Every single person who worked there makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The hostess was not only gorgeous but ran the floor like an expert. Amy Whinehouse mixed killer cocktails and the waiters were well versed in the menu and were very helpful and all the food they served me was delicious, well balanced and savory.

We were impressed and delighted from start to finish with food and service. We started with a perfect daiquiri and with the help of our amazing server and all the various staff including obviously the talented kitchen went on to enjoy a number of tasty things. We cannot wait to return when we are back in Rochester.

We enjoyed our first trip to Our Paladar. The food was delicious, they had an extensive wine selection, and the service was excellent.
