Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in a breezy Aegean-inspired atmosphere. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki whole fish (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo). Our selection of nine desserts are all made fresh daily in-house and feature Greek classics such as the baklava and the galaktoboureko. Our wine list is meticulously curated on a seasonal basis by son Philip Hobson selecting from Greece's top vineyards who produce indigenous varietals such as Assyrtiko & Xinomavro, and western grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon & Sauvignon Blanc. Our beer selection focuses on bottled Greek brews while our bar is fully stocked to serve both classic cocktails and signature drinks inspired by the best bars in Athens. Outdoor tables are available in the summer months.

Way too loud. Acoustics need to be adjusted. A lot of dishes clashing at the bar area. Could hardly hear each others between the noise of people and the bar activity. Probably best to sit outside

Absolutely love this place. They are doing it all well. Kevin was our server and he is phenomenal but they take such pride in their service that you will be in good hands no matter what. We got the octopus, fried zucchini slices, branzino, and lamb chops. Unbelievably good on all fronts. This place is a must in all of the DMV, Go!

Great food experience, enhanced by our very excellent server, Ayca! This was our first visit to the Shirlington location, after having had several to Mosaic, one of our favourite restaurants'. This is a top-notch chain!

Soup (appetizer) wasn't brought out till after the entree. We told them to keep it. The medium rare mixed grill was cooked okay, but it was dry. Two asparagus is all we got. There were many potatoes but none worth eating, very mealy, no taste. You don't get any bread. I have eaten better, same food, for much less elsewhere. We had to beg for more water. It's so loud inside, you just want to get out as fast as possible. The fries that came with the lamburger were good. See no reason to go back.

We went to compare this to the new Elaine’s. LOVE Eugenia!!!! We’ll be back soon… hopefully in the back table because the noise was LOUD!
