Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in a breezy Aegean-inspired atmosphere. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki whole fish (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo). Our selection of nine desserts are all made fresh daily in-house and feature Greek classics such as the baklava and the galaktoboureko. Our wine list is meticulously curated on a seasonal basis by son Philip Hobson selecting from Greece's top vineyards who produce indigenous varietals such as Assyrtiko & Xinomavro, and western grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon & Sauvignon Blanc. Our beer selection focuses on bottled Greek brews while our bar is fully stocked to serve both classic cocktails and signature drinks inspired by the best bars in Athens. Outdoor tables are available in the summer months. We are located steps away from Bloomies and Barnes & Noble.

Delicious Food, excellent service, and a comfortable ambiance. I would love to have a better dish selection, as I was missing some traditional Greek food. Nevertheless, we had a nice dinner. Thank you guys!

The whole experience was very disappointing. We were party of 6, reservation at 8.30, we hardly ordered and were asked if we want more food or the dessert because the kitchen is about to close , I wasn’t aware we came to the fast food. We came to dine, enjoy ourselves not to staff food our mouth and leave or order more. If you think you need to close the Kitchen exactly at 9 do not give availability of making a reservation at 8.30 especially for 6 people. I worked in the restaurant business for many years and would ever treat a guest this way. Beside it wasn’t middle of the week or Sunday night it was Saturday night. When in the middle of the dinner I asked for another order of halumni cheese I was told it’s too late. Obviously we didn’t have desserts either. Food was good as always but the whole rushing us, removing plates before we were completely done was very disappointing. We were in your restaurant many times, but this visit set us back and left very unpleasant feeling.

I am not someone prone to writing reviews, but my experience with the "maitre d'hotel" here was so appalling that I had to share it. In a largely empty restaurant, I expressed a desire for a specific seating location consistent with my party size (2), and the very young woman at the front flatly refused. She said: "That table is reserved." I then pointed to another, and she repeated her refrain. And a third time. In an obvious display of post-adolescent power, she was going to seat us precisely where she wanted without any regard for my preference. A senior server intervened to provide us better seating than she had intended, but the damage was done. The food was fine, and our table server was affable, but a dining experience starts as soon as one enters.
