Serving by our motto, Shinsen (Fresh), a large selection of ingredients that we use are certified organic as we focus on seasonal tastes to leave your palate with an indelible impression. We are proud to say that our Aussie beef come from 100% Organic Fortitude Valley Farm, and our free-range chicken does not have any harmful hormone. We are very meticulous about using only the best of ingredients, even with condiments, such as gluten-free soy sauce and organic miso.

    Outstanding as always. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The lady there (sorry I still don't know her name) remembers us every time and has exceptional service.

    I went here on Wednesday and came back on Friday. It's that good and everything was perfect. Sarah gave us the best service I ever experienced in Sydney.

    We have been huge fans of O'Uchi Lounge since their Surry Hills days - we LOVE the food, the ambience, the service, the drinks (infused sake) and the fact that most (all?) of their menu is gluten free (we have two coeliacs in our family). Top dishes include the braised ribs, the eggpant, the broccolini and the sashimi - all brilliant!

    If there’s something tastier than the mirrin and soy 12 hour short ribs, or the Yuzu sorbet, I would be extremely surprised. Absolutely mouth watering. All our food was great. We mainly chose it because of the gluten free options which can be hard to find in the City (why?), but against any restaurant, it’s a great time for your taste buds.

    Mostly Gluten free here, which is fantastic for me who has dietary restrictions. The food was good. Chicken kaarage was more like a fried Snitzel, not crunchy at all.

    Cosy restaurant with a great atmosphere and a wonderful food selection. The food is delicious, highly recommend Tuna Tataki, Duck and Kingfish sashimi.

    Problem is to choose new dishes when favourites like Sashimi carpaccio, Beef tataki and salmon belly beckon. The new Japanese pancake roll is terrific though
