Beautiful space, food & drinks outstanding, but service very poor. Drinks took too long to be delivered, constantly had to ask for our server to order.

Food and ambiance is beautiful as always. However the service is not what I remembered. The staff does not seem as friendly as they used to be and seem frustrated. This creates somewhat of an awkward atmosphere.

Hard to get an outstanding from us. But having said that, we are local and we come back here again and again. So consider that our mark of approval. Food is terrific, service has always been spot on. We eat early and outside because... it's Piermont and Piermont gets crowded. Definitely recommend. They have music during the week. Bonus points. Also Bonus points if you like people watching.

Waitstaff was great. VERY slow food service for brunch when the restaurant was not full. Asked Chef to make scrambled egg whites for one person at my table who needed it for health reasons and refused. And, would not substitute salad for French friends in order. Normal requests that are incredibly odd to reject. While we enjoyed the meal, would not return for the obstinance of the chef.

We love this place. We’ve been there a bunch of times and every time the food is amazing. The waitress were great. It’s just a really nice night out. I totally recommend this place to eat dinner. PS desserts are the bomb.

Who would have thought that you could take an auto service station and turn it into an elegant restaurant with fabulous food and service!

Always a great meal at Otto's. There's nothing on the menu that isn't first rate and the staff is very friendly. It's been a fantastic addition to Piermont.
