    Chicken Francese was delicious, Although they charge you $3 extra for about 15 pennes, which is quite odd. Wife had the osso buc and loved it. We love it’s a BYO. Brought a wonderful Chianti Classico to pair and was perfect. Our tall server was knowledgeable friendly and super helpful with wife’s gluten allergy ( they have gluten free pasta). Will def be back after movies at Bryn mawr film institute.

    Phenomenal first visit. Our orders were perfect and service was exceptional. We enjoyed dining outside as well!

    We eat regularly at Otto and the food is predictably fresh and flavorful with many choices and excellent specials. Almost like excellent home cooking with a flair. Wait staff is very attentive and friendly.

    The clam chowder was salty. However, the rest of the meal met Otto’s high standards.

    Eating outdoors is much quieter. The food is very expensive. The server was not so good. He would just disappear. It was not crowded either. I’m not going back.

    The service was challenging. We were there at 8:30 or so. Had to ask for water. We’re always waiting for the next step. Had to ask for check after waiting for 20 minutes. They just didn’t care. Never got asked about drinks or dessert. We couldn’t have made the 90 minute limit due to slow staff. Food was ok. Definitely not what was expected for the high rating and price point. Barely any cheese in a dish with fresh cheese. Myself and my friend couldn’t believe the rating after the experience. Large party next to us had a photographer taking pictures the whole time and it ruined any attempt at ambience. I would say maybe this place amazing but now resting on their previous accolades. Last nights experience was not even mediocre. The pricing was high for the quality, ambiance, and service.
